The media could not be loaded. Great suction power ! When your using it in an enclosed area I recommend opening a window or having a fan on because the space will get hot because of the motor. It has a long hose and comes with 3 attachments. The vacuum includes a universal bag, a fine dust bag (the brown one is for fine dust or if you spilled glitter, that kind of thing) a foam filter for when your using it for liquids. The vacuum itself is weight - easy to carry. The wheels work fine (only complaint so far - they fall out…?) not sure why but you just pop it back in and works fine. For 60 I was hoping for better wheels. You could buy better casters and just put them on there with E6000. I so far have vacuumed the floor and my upholstered sofa that a drink was spilled and it worked really well getting it out. I have a cat and it worked great picking up hair and the area around the litter box. ... show more

Got this because all other vaccums I've tried have failed when it comes to pet hair and other pet messes like hay and food, even though theyre labeled for pets. I have 3 dogs and 6 rabbits and the hair and fur gets out of control at times....other vaccums work ok but clog or get full quickly and often lose their suction...I've found. I thought I always did a pretty good job at cleaning especially the hair and fur until I got this. The blower blew hair and fur from places I've always cleaned and thought I got all hair/fur...I was wrong. This sucked everything up with no problem, never clogged, never lost suction...nothing. the only thing I don't like is the blower is very powerful and I wish there was a plug or something to put over it or you were able to turn down the air flow while vacuuming. Other than that it was super simple to set up and use, holds quick a bit of dirt/dust!! I would highly recommend for any pet owners who deal with lots of dander, hair/fur like I do or just for all around house cleaning!!! ... show more

I was very impressed with the suction power and how lightweight this is! My biggest complaint is when you put the wand together at its longest length, it is not stable and falls apart often!
