I contacted Stanley, per the instructions on Amazon for product support for missing or damaged items. Stanley says they won't do anything for 30 days. I don’t really think this is necessary for Mich. Ultras because they go down as fast as a 12oz water. I’m sure it will be great when I’m doing yard work when it’s 500+ degrees in the North Texas summer. I guess I can use it as a secondary coffee mug which is nice. I’ve had my 16oz green Stanley coffee mug for like 14 years, it’s dented to hell, but man it works and I love that thing. I expect the same solid quality out of this unit. I recommend. ... show more
