I researched and read a lot of the reviews on this and the one that kind of concern me was a lady that said that it was heavy and with her arthritis she was unable to use it. Well, I'm gonna tell you that is further from the truth. I have bad arthritis in my hands and I tell you I filled it up with water and ice put it around as across body. It is not heavy easy for me to twist off the cap and to drink it's perfect. It's sleek love the color compared to my Stanley 40 ounce to me that's heavy and lifting it up by the handle is a little uncomfortable but with this it isn't. I can't wait to use it when we go to Alaska and go hiking and up in Washington state to go hiking there along with going to Arizona and hiking. These are the places that I plan on using it and I feel that I think I'd rather use this every day rather than toting my Stanley cup around I can have this across my body Hands-free and have my water with me.
