This is not terribly big but it holds quite a bit. It is perfect for hauling snacks and sandwiches to sports events for my younger kids while we watch the older kids. This is a large well-built lunch box. It has enough capacity to hold a lot of food in the bottom and a big flask in the lid. I needed something big enough to hold several pieces of delicate fruit along with my other meal and this definitely fulfills my needs.
