As with most Dewalt products, this nailer meets and exceeds my expectations. The adjustable depth gauge works well and is easily adjusted. The product does not come with a fitting for air port, however I would not remove a star for this because most people have a preference to the type of quick connect that they are going to use anyhow. I have gone through multiple coils of nails already while fixing a previous install of Hardiboard that was not installed up to par. This requires that I face nail the Hardi, and this nailer is fantastic at driving the nail true to minimize the amount of filling that will need to happen before painting. This helped it in putting up 260 ft of new fence. Used with 1 3/4" stainless steel siding ribbed nails(grip-rite), works awesome. At first I had issues with double fires. Ended up jamming, but realized, this is a bump and shoot. Now that I knew it was bump and shoot, no jams or double fires. Used at about 80psi, worked great in cedar pickets. Was about $40 less than box store. It did arrive with the box restaple, but everything looked new. Almost returned it to get the one in the box store. ... show more

Seems to work well. My first used was siding my whole garage. Had no problems, no misfires, no hassles. I put a few drops of oil in it before first use as recommended. It's pretty powerful.
