True to color! These are a very nice, avocado green with just the right level of vibrancy. We have an unheated 3 season sunroom right off our family room with a sliding glass door we keep open in between. These curtains so far have been successful in keeping the heat inside and the cold outside this winter! We just wrapped up the second cold-burst and there was roughly a 15° difference between the rooms. Absolutely love the color but was very pleased with the material on arrival; the fabric is soft & thick in turn meeting my expectations upon purchase. The media could not be loaded. I love the rich color and texture of these drapes. I ended up getting the set for a bay window and a side window in my living room and I am completely satisfied. The valance with jewels hanging adds an extra special luxury touch. They are blackout so be aware of that but my window faces north and it’s not really an issue for me. They look expensive and feel expensive. The velvet looks to be very good quality. I have the 108 inch on my bay window and the 96 inches on the side, very easy to install their insulating and serve their purpose of giving my living room beauty. ... show more

These are high quality curtains for an EXCELLENT price. They are not quite blackout, but I certainly feel they dim the room plenty for sleep. The fabric is heavy and feels high quality. Honestly, I have West Elm curtains through my house and think these are 100% comparable in quality, feel, and ease to hang. The wrinkles from packaging fell out quickly at their own weight and I didn’t have to steam. The color is a perfect blush pink. Not too bright, just a soft muted but feminine pink. Perfect fit! Someone said the opening wasn't wide enough for their curtain rod and I don't think this is possible if you are using the largest opening on the curtains which gives you a 3" and if not 3" close to 3" opening. I didn't take the time to measure. Our curtain rod is a big chunky guy lol because we have a large window and I got a heavy duty one. I purchased the 62x84 because we again do have a large window and you do receive 2 panels so that makes it 124 inch width for our window. I measured the window myself and it's at least 108" maybe a few inches more as is is hard to measure a window solo with help of a young child so I was being cautious as I prefer more material to bunch it and make it look more fancy. I mean technically I could have went with a little smaller width but I wouldn't have been satisfied with how it would look. More material is better. This is perfect! It goes to floor and maybe a half an inch over which is exactly what I wanted. I actually expected it would be an inch or two too long but I also used the bottom opening so I could have it the shorter of the two lengths and needed the largest opening because I used a large rod. If you want to know if I have any complaints. Not really but I can nit pick for you. The curtains aren't black out but they are close enough. I got the taupe and they are the color advertised but when light shines through a little bit, they can have a tinted peachy taupe color. LOL. I do NOT have blinds behind mine and I'm sure if they did they would probably be black out because they are close enough. I do however do have some thin white sheer curtains behind mine. This way when I open the curtains up slightly, they look really fancy and elegant. Lastly for nit picking. They do have several wrinkles, I'm hoping will work out but it's hard to see most of them from a distance. I haven't steam ironed the back yet but I will if I need to. I inherited this home about 6 months ago and the house was built in the 70s and is immaculate however very dated and the old curtains were immaculate and HEAVY. They were also custom made so I hated wanting to replace them but I didn't like the look of them. I wanted quality curtains but with a updated and traditional twist. I looked for some a month ago and was going to pay $120 for a set. I honestly didn't want to have to pay that much for curtains so I was nervous about these. I'm actually glad I purchased these and have absolutely no real complaints with them. In fact I didn't expect them to be as heavy as they are. I picked up the Amazon box and was shocked at the weight. I ordered some curtains on Amazon years back for our old house and they weren't velvet but they were blackout fully and very nice. These curtains are beautiful and soft. They look expensive. However, I wouldn't call them light blocking. More like light filtering. The dark ones will block a bit more because, well, they are dark. Unfortunately, I'll have to return mine. The Ivory color looks more like a creamy beige though the package is labeled as white. If you look at the picture, the white curtains are mine and the other are these. I'll be purchasing in light gray as they do not come in true white. ... show more

I tried ordering multiple different types of curtains at a low price point and they all looked cheap. These velvet curtains are beautiful! The weight of the fabric lets them hang beautifully.
