I'm a full time standing desk user, and a full time stander (I have no chair in my work or home office, I always stand). Sometimes I want or need to work somewhere else, outside, vacation, boat launch, etc - so I've been looking for a portable way to keep working from anywhere. I actually used my photo tripod and a projector tray - this worked fine for the laptop but not for a better keyboard. So I tried this, mostly for the keyboard tray. To my surprise, the tripod is sturdy and has little wiggle. Nice start. It's not a high end tripod, but it's fine and works. So far so good. The platform for the laptop is small, but big enough for most laptops. It folds up for easy travel, is very sturdy when unfolded, and has a grippy rubber surface. This is just flat out nice. There is an elastic belt to help keep your laptop from having a fall, but it's wide and doesn't work well with modern small bezel screens. It works, but covers my screen. Needs improvement here, but this is an optional safety measure for your laptop. To keep the laptop deck from twisting, it mounts with a typical Arca-Swiss photography mount - very sturdy, easy on/off and very secure. Nice. The keyboard tray has the same construction as the laptop deck, folding and grippy rubber surface. It looks like it'd be a bouncy typing experience, but it works fine. There is some motion on the sides, but minimal - certainly doesn't hurt typing at all. Very nice. I thought the keyboard adjustment would be a pain based on other reviews. It isn't. Open the clasp, slide it to where you want, close clasp. Couldn't be easier. Another review said the clamp was crazy tight and they could barely open or close it. Mine came that way too, but there is an included wrench to loosen it a little and bam - perfect and easy to use. I'm guessing the other review didn't realize the tension is adjustable. The bag is decent too, typical canvas tripod bag, but well made and has heavy zippers. Plenty of room for all the pieces without fitting them in like a puzzle. Just toss them all in, lots of room. I even added a mouse pad, wrist rest and sun shade. All fit easily in the bag. All in all - loving it. Makes a very sturdy but minimal standing desk, easily portable, quick setup or take down. I wouldn't want it to be my primary standing desk but for on the go it is great. A nice fall day calls me to be outside instead of in the office, and this is perfect. Highly recommended.

This portable standing desk is precisely what I was looking for! It's very easy to assemble and disassemble while on the move. Takes me roughly 2 mins to set-up or take down. I'm constantly traveling and on the move and whenever I'm out in the field I miss the standing desk I have in my office. This portable standing desk was the perfect solution! The ergonomics and adjustability works great for anyone. I'm 6ft tall and my wife is 5.5 ft tall and with some small height adjustments we both can seamlessly transition the stand to our preferences. While on the move it all folds up nicely into an included carry tote. Perfect for flying. We highly recommend this stand for anyone that is constantly on the move for work, like we are or for anyone wanting to get out and ergonomically explore the the world outside of the office. Weight: This is a very sturdy and well made stand. I can see I will get a lot of use from it. The instructions didn’t exactly match what I had to do to get it together but I did figure it out. Performance: It wasn’t to bard going together but the way you have to raise and lower the keyboard tray and laptop stands is rough. The clamp that secures the keyboard tray to the post is super hard to open. It’s at though the pole is too wide and the clamp has a hard time closing around it. You need to be able to open it to reposition it so you can adjust the height of the gray and distance from the laptop. I will just leave the clamp open. Of course, it may be me just missing something. It is well balanced and should serve me well. Also, the keyboard tray is not wide enough for my mouse. I don’t use the track pad. Quality: it seems like an excellent quality stand. I do recommend it inspite if what I consider minor inconveniences. all the same and I think I will be happy with it. I was pretty surprised at how well made it is.

After using the StandMore for the past six months, it is definitely worth the money. It’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health, energy, and productivity. The StandMore travel standing desk is the solution to having an optimal ergonomic desk setup wherever you want to work. You can easily carry it around in a small carry bag or set it up in less than a minute when you want to get to work! The desk features separate trays for your laptop and keyboard/mouse, so you can stand fully upright and bring the energy to the task at hand! YES, a portable standing desk may not be for everyone as you may have health issues that prevent you from extended standing or require more space or equipment for your job. But overall, you can’t argue with the price. If you evaluate the StandMore for what it is—a desk that is portable, helps you be healthy, and improves your productivity—it’s a great value. You know other desks are bulky and cost much more money? And when you combine the health benefits, productivity gains, portability, and affordability, it makes the StandMore totally worth it for someone like me, who works frequently while traveling! If it were way more expensive, then I’d say it might not be worth it for everyone. But for all those benefits at this price point, especially if you move a lot or have little space, it is 100% worth it, in my opinion.

Can’t say enough good things about this product / solution. Assembly was very straightforward, aided by the easy to understand instructions. The quality and craftsmanship is best in class. All of the moving parts are precision, and locking mechanisms allow for unlimited setup options combined with sturdiness. I’ve used it in different locations around my house (specifically outdoors), which previously weren’t conducive for productivity. It’s also easy to pack up and take on the road for remote working. 10/10
