This dolly helped moving large bins up the stairs, and I felt was sturdy enough although it is pretty heavy but it should be or else it wouldn’t hold all my extremely heavy loads!! I share it with my neighbors that are elderly as it makes things much easier up and down the stairs!

This thing was a life saver! I had to move from the 5th floor with elevators that were broken from hurricane Helene. This helped carry the big stuff down. You need two people if you carry larger or heavier items as they will fall. It was very noises going down the concrete stairs but we got use to it since it helped so much. At first we thought it was going to break since it doesn’t look like the best quality materials but it lasted and did its thing. We were able to carry boxes, dressers, nights stands, tables and more down with this thing. We liked that it can go up and down. We didn’t try carrying anything up but it rolled nice when we did have to go up empty handed. The only thing I didn’t like is the handles are way too short. If you are holding the handles going down the stairs you have to bend over so far and it hurts your back. If they make the handles bigger this would be a great product. It’s super easy to fold and unfold and stores nicely with minimal space. If you have to move and have stairs this is for you as it is easy to use and makes loving less painful.

My specific use and purpose for purchasing, was to help get 5 gal water bottles down a flight of stairs for a water cooler. This did the job with far less strain on my back. It isn't a breeze, but much better than carrying them down. The handle is tall enough that I don't have to bend over too far when going down the stairs and works fine on the level floor as well. It is fairly lightweight but built well enough to not be damaged for my needs. If needing to move something much heavier, or larger (like furniture), this may or may not work for you.

I had a heavy ventless washer(330 lbs) I needed to get up stairs and was able to do it with this dolly however there are several things that made it hard. One was the handles are short and when trying to pull up the washer up the handles are under the machine. The problem with this was there was no way I could lift this by myself so I had help pushing from below. I had to bend over to reach the handles under the machine and had several times where I had my arms crushed when they started to push since there was not much room between balancing the machine and being able to lift it. Also if using it on a finished floor it scuffs when turning since 4 wheels are down at the same time. Thats the down side to all wheeled dolly’s however

I had high hopes for this dolly. I was looking for an easier way to move boxes with Christmas decorations between the basement to the main level. Each box probably weighs less than 15 pounds. I struggled to move one box up the stairs (never mind two or more) and getting them down the stairs was even more challenging. The concept of the rotating wheels is genius but unfortunately didn't work as smoothly as they should have. Another issue was the handle. Even though the handle is telescopic it does lock into place when extended. While navigating down the stairs, the handle kept falling down which made using the dolly more difficult.

The videos showed this dolly easily walking up and down stairs with reasonably weighted items. If the items only weigh 10 pounds or less, it may function veryb well, but, in reality, the dolly is heavy and requires strength to pull up up the stairs and strength to walk it down the stairs if your item weighs anything. I purchased this to make carrying coolers and luggage up and down stairs to our vacation home for my husband easier, but the dolly actually made it harder to do the job. I am not sure if this will be helpful or not the next time we move. In order to benefit from this, you will need to be strong enough to lift and carry the items you want to move, unless the items are less than 10 pounds or you are a weight lifter.

Our previous Dolly like this broke. This is a vast improvement and much stronger. The angled handles are great too. It doesn’t fold up like our other one did, and there are no straps, bit the strength is worth it.
