This bass sounds way better than it has any right to. The shielding leaves a little to be desired. The body and neck are comfortable and feel like they’re solidly built. I like short scales for a myriad of reasons but the weight makes a big difference for me. This ticks that box without feeling cheap. I love the individual saddles but the intonation needs lots of work. It’s easy enough to adjust I just wish I didn’t have to. ... show more

    • Really good bass... Buuuuut!

Pretty good bass, way chunkier than my Ibanez SR300EB.... However, the two issues I'm having is there's no shielding at all in the control cavity, and the individual saddles are coming out of the body and I just got it yesterday. Shielding can be fixed but I tried to tighten the saddles down to make them flush with the body but the screws are stripped.... They just spin. Really nice bass but it's a shame that happened. ... show more

This bass is a really nice product for the money. The humbucking pickup does act ually reduce noise in my ginormous amplifier. I find it very comfortable and I am a short person. I replaced the round wounds wit h flat wounds. It's well balanced in terms of weight distribution and I found the action to be extremely comfortable. It did require a setup. ... show more
