This skirt had the potential to be a great buy and a popular item due to it being a fashion standard pencil skirt in a hard to find color. Unfortunately, this was not accomplished because the inferior fabric used and the pattern chosen to create this skirt. It simply doesn't fit the average figure well. There are strings hanging, a loose waistband, and other aspects of the garment: one being poorly sewn that makes it impossible to wear with confidence. However, if you are looking for a costume to use for The Walking Dead, or Halloween, then this is the skirt. For that all encompassing ragged and haggard look. It’s perfect! I loved the skirt, but it was way too small. Could hardly get it on and in retail stores I wear a small or medium. This was a large and I would go up at least one or two sizes. It's nice material and I hate to have to send it back.
