SumoSprings are a patented suspension product designed to enhance load carrying ability, stabilize sway, and improve overall driver control and ride comfort. SumoSprings are manufactured in a variety of heights, diameters and densities to support multiple front and rear applications. They are manufactured from proprietary closed micro-cellular urethane providing a smooth and progressive spring rate with superior damping properties.

Installed the product to improve the ride of our 30’ gas, class a motorhome. The factory supplied bump shocks gave no relieve from the pot holes and patches on the highways and the ride was terrible. Took the motorhome out for the first time since the installed, to Arizona. Drove over 600 miles and you can tell a big difference how your coach responds when a semi passes you. When you hit heavy winds it’s also a big difference. The side to side sway when you turn it’s more solid, you don’t feel like you’re going to tip. I purchased a 2021 Thor Windsport 29m and my 1st ride down the highway was a white knuckles driving experience. The unit really wandered, dipped and swayed when passed by big rigs and traveling uneven or bumpy roads. Was constantly having to correct the steering. Scared me enough to take it back to the dealer to see what they could do. The dealer recommended and I had them install a T-Safe steering stabilizer which helped substantially with the wandering, tracking and stability when being passed by the big rigs but the bounce and sway was still there. I had read about these Super Springs on several Thor owners forums and got the front set and installed them myself. The difference in ride is amazing. The nose down on breaking has been significantly reduced and the lean/sway on taking turns has flattened out dramatically. This has been well worth the investment. Next on the list will be a track bar but the coach is worthy of a long road trip as she is now. One happy camper here. ... show more

Quality Product! However, do not try to insert a standard socket into the old bumper, it is metric. Everything else is pretty straightforward. Plan on getting dirty.

Sumo springs come highly rated and recommended by many r v’s and Amazon has a very competitive price and of course the fast shipping with Amazon prime.I purchase these for my 2016 class a fleerwood as description stated they were a perfect fit.They weren’t an exact fit………some modifications had to be made and brackets rearranged but they are installed.I haven’t had the rig out yet o verify their worth……that will be for the next installment. ... show more

    • One of the best suspension upgrades!
If you are on the fence I would recommend you add this to your to do list. For the cost, it is one of the best upgrades you can do for a big heavy box on wheels! I am going to add them to the rear now I like them so much. Fairly easy install for the front.

    • Much improved handling
After 3 years of fighting the "wobble" steering of the F53 chassis, I installed asteering stablizer and the Sumo Springs on frknt. Wow, what a difference!! Wind sway and bounce were greatly reduced. For less than $1k, I finally get the quality steering and handling with much less stress.
