C810-0625 TIG welding foot control for Miller’s welders using a 6-pin connector. For Maxstar 150 STL, Maxstar STH, Maxstar 161 STL, Maxstar 161 STH, STi160, Multimatic 200 (NOT Multimatic 215) and Maxstar 140 STR with Lift-Arc TIG option (current control only), and Hobart: Hobart 150 STi. Does not work with Maxstar 140, which has no receptacle. Comes with a 25-foot cable. Replaces Miller RFCS-6M (301587, 301588, 195183, 195504) weld foot pedal. Features US-made 16-ga drawn steel case, million-cycle rating, wide top traction area and low profile. Dimensions, L x W x H, in. (cm.): 8.8 x 5.5 x 4.1 (22.4 x 14.0 x 10.2). for the price this is the best your gonna get and I like the grip tape helps keep it place on both sides very long cord I like that and big enough to feel comfy on my boot just wish the start of the pedal was a bit smoother but other than that perfect

Everything about this pedal is great, works great and is affordable. My only issue is that the locking collar on the plug that attaches to the welder is warped and will not engage with the welders locking ring. This means that as I move the pedal around it sometimes unplugs without me noticing.

Excellent pedal. Heard a lot of opinions on Miller vs Lincoln pedal. I think it is absurd which is why I chose ssc for my maxstar 161 and I love it. Very well made. Plus saved over 200 bucks.

Lasted around 6 months. Now when initiating the arc I get no more than 5 amps (the minimum setting) on a miller max star 161. It triggers the lift function but does not go up to the amp setting commanded on the dial
