That was a mere 6 months ago, and at the time, I had NO IDEA what made a paddle good or bad, other than price and colors/decals. I don't THINK that sprypals offered anything other than wooden paddles, and I DIDN'T KNOW that I was in for an awakening of understanding the value of "poly cores, fiberglass/graphite/carbon fiber/RAW carbon fiber faces"...but did the Sprypal brand EVER NAIL home run after home run in LOOKS!! We ended up donating that first set to our favorite family campground where I soon-after painted an official court and supplied balls and a net for all to enjoy. As camp-attendees go, they got far rougher treatment than if I'd have kept them for ourselves, and one of the handles on that initial set loosened up to begin feeling sloppy. Far-after the 30 day protections, I contacted the company, simply to let them know of the issue. WITHOUT HESITATION, they kindly and professionally stood amazingly proud behind their product, but in a way that FULLY FAVORED us as (now multi-repeat) customers, wherein they overcompensated for the 'faulty' paddle. The others have fared quite well under duress of hundreds of campers, as well as a few other sets from sprypals/crispplay that I have since added to their armament...I mean, supply. ;) Even being wooden, they are OFTEN chosen 1st, and above the poly/fiberglass paddles available, simply because of "how stinkin' CUTE" they are, and comfortable/supple grips!! (Sorry for the long--yet important--story) Since then, I've quickly risen to compete effectively with 4.5, 5, and 5+ level players, while using elongated RAW CFS paddles in the $150+ realm, PER PADDLE. I have introduced dozens of new players into the sport, and currently coach kiddos on a weekly basis. I 'NEEDED' something a bit more feminine to attract a few who feel a bit more intimidated at their 'spry' young ages. RE-ENTER Sprypals, but THIS TIME with an upgraded offering into the POLY CORE/FIBERGLASS FACE paddles......IN PINK, with kissy-lips, hearts, and lace!!! (well, maybe not lace, but could you IMAGINE if the carry bag were made of LACE?! haha, I CAN!) --wink. These are not only SO PERFECT for my class, and its semi-interested mommas, but they exude the same exceptional quality I have always known about this company. I would TYPICALLY only award 4 stars to product that has a similar price where the competition is apparently equal, BUT HERE, I have this enduring relationship with sprypals...WHO DOES PINK with gorgeous graphics like these?!...and the price being $12.50/paddle and all the other stuff bonus, free gear....I cannot help myself. GREAT paddles, GREAT set, GREAT design, GREAT composition, Competitive price, and an always-GREAT company... That, girlfriends, is a SOLID 5 Star recommendation from "Coach"! (Thanks Sprypals...keep up the good work)

I'm new to this sport so can only rate on the looks of this set. It's adorable! I have no basis for comparison regarding how it feels relative to other pickleball sets. One star down though for the carrying bag - not practical or cute.

This is a nice set of Pickleball paddles. This is my first set since I’m just now getting into this game. They seem to be well made and look nice. They’re comfortable to use and have a good grip. They’re a good weight, not too heavy, not too light, but they feel sturdy. I like that it comes with several different balls, and I really love the string bag for carrying them. I think it’s unique and it looks cool, but it also cuts down on the bulk when you’re traveling. So far I’m really pleased with this set and I’m confident and I will get a lot of use out of it.

A coworker has taken up pickleball and encouraged several of us to try it out. This was the perfect inexpensive intro to pickleball set. Super cute designs. As soon as these came we headed for the court. I have never played before or used any other paddles to compare them to, but these worked just fine.

This was a strange pickleball set in my opinion. Simple fiberglass set, but their play wasn't very appealing. They felt more like a wooden paddle, a little heavy and clunky. The faces of the paddles are flowers and bunnies, which is fine I guess if that's your thing, but otherwise those have nothing to do with the sport of pickleball so why put that on the paddle? The bag they came with is a joke as it's barely large enough to keep the two paddles and balls, and there is ZERO padding to actually protect the paddle faces and edges. I threw mine out as it was a pointless item. Considering the price, these are far too expensive for what you get.

This is the perfect set for when you're hanging out with the girls. It's perfect because it has four paddles. I love that they are all different and unique so that each person has their own style. I love that it comes with a bag to carry everything in. I also like how it comes with four cooling towels so each person can have their own. I also like that there are two of each color. It's nice that it comes with four balls so there are plenty of them. These seem like really good quality. I love the grippy material on the handles of the paddles. I think this is very cute and girly and I would definitely recommend.
