Overall I love this shirt! The corduroy is nice quality, but the shirt is not too thick. Great for layering over stuff. The arms were a little short for me, but for the average person would probably be fine (I have long arms). The orange color was really cute for fall. I would order this item again.

I don’t usually do reviews before I wash an item or wear it for a bit because often not a true representation. But I am reviewing this Shacket or jacket or whatever the heavy shirt jackets are called, because it is pretty awesome. It’s heavier than a shirt but not too heavy. It’s well constructed. The patterns lineup when you button it. The colors are true to pic & I am excited to wear it when I go leaf peeping & frolicking this fall! Imma be so cute! Lol! The only complaint I do have are the buttons, which I am going to change out. They are a little too shiny, a silver plasticky and clacky. They are really snapped on well, which is good, but I can’t just loosen a thread and change them out so I am going to pay a little bit to have a pro do it. If after a wearing or two it shrinks, fades or falls apart, I will update my review, but right now is a thumbs up & I’m excited.

Super oversized and shapeless. Some people reccomended sizing up for the oversized look, but it was ginormous. Sized down to a medium and it was pretty much the same. I would guess that the sizing is just inconsistent. I could get a small but I'm just gonna give up, the cut is too long on the waist to be flattering

About the garment: I bought this because I loved my LL Bean corduroy shirt, but wanted a cheaper alternative. This top is softer but a bit thinner, so not quite as warm–but still warmer than a standard flannel. The buttons are easy to work with, the color is a beautiful deep burgundy (I wouldn't call it maroon), and the length is great for making it a shirt or wearing it as an overshirt. For sizing/fit reference: -I'm 5'3" (63in/161cm) tall with a long torso and short legs, and it hits where my booty/thighs meet in the back, and about an inch below my zipper in the front. -I have broad shoulders and thick arms, and it's not restrictive at all–it's still an oversized fit through the arms and torso. -The sleeve length is perfect on me as well (as a short person). -I think this fits true to size, I'm a medium in almost everything --> (size 8-10 in lululemon tops/6 in bottoms; size 6-8/28-29 in jeans).
