    • Great for a small nook
So it was mostly easy to build... at a certain point I felt like there were a few unnecessary pieces. But it only took me about 30-45 mins to assemble & fit brilliantly into the small space in front of my window which I turned into a computer nook. I needed something that was narrow but deep enough to accommodate a large laptop. From the looks of it, I'm guessing it could just fit all the necessities of a desktop with a 20-inch monitor, keyboard, & mouse. The upper shelf is a great height for speakers, but be careful putting liquids up there as the unit does move slightly with rapid keystrokes, & bumping it will cause mayhem.     • Perfect for small spaces
This was fairly easy to assemble, but one of the pieces (the one for the back of the shelf) had the holes drilled backward. It's not a big deal and I'm sure that not every one of them is like this. Basically, there's just about a quarter inch of space behind the shelf that shouldn't be there. Overall, it is very sturdy and cute! I recommend it for small spaces and setups. ... show more

Not only is this desk super cute it’s really good for small spaces. I don’t have a big room and I did some research and found this one. It fits perfect and it has plenty of space for doing work. It was easy to put together but I’m pretty good at putting together Amazon furniture. Only thing is is that it wables a little but it could have been due to putting it together too fast lol. This is such a cute desk, but after checking if all the parts were in the package my husband and I began putting it together. The very last step was installing the desk top. When we unwrapped the top it had a significant chip in the corner. My husband looked at me said there is no way he was taking everything apart so I could send it back. So I now have what could have been a very cute desk that has a larger than half dollar size chip on it. I’m so disappointed. My advice is unwrap everything and inspect before putting this desk together. ... show more

I really have no business reviewing this item considering it’s still on my floor. The instructions are written in English, the parts are labeled, but whatever voodoo priestess designed it didn’t factor in non magical warlocks trying to assemble this. Maybe this is where one of those husband things comes in handy. Maybe my mother didn’t take the correct dosage of prenatal vitamins and I’m completely to blame. All I know is every time I hype myself up to assemble this witch craft, (convince myself I am a big brave girl) I end up with a raging case of Tourettes and the neighbors call in a welfare check. Roll the dice. If you have above average intelligence or a husband or handyman, the picture makes it look really cute. Independent ladies, don’t bother, unless you are skilled in dark magic. Also, if you have figured it out and want to assemble mine I won’t even ask if it’s IQ or paganism. Either is fine at this point ... show more

I enjoy this ladder desk so much ! It was so easy to assemble, I did it all by myself and the instructions were very clear. I would suggest starting from the bottom and by attaching the bottom back piece for stability between the two legs. This way you don’t have to awkwardly hold it. I use this as my little corner office and it’s very appealing to the eye, also takes up very little space but it has plenty of space on the desk area.
