  • Excellent unit, digital instructions are great, but get this tool for installation!
Style: 13'
I paid two college athletes to assist in assembly after reading the horror stories of the build. We were mid fail getting the corner flex pipes in and I realized there had to be a better way. I grabbed my pipe bender and was able to make the job doable, I highly recommend you buy one of these benders. It did dent the cover on the rods just a little bit but not in a way that is concerning. Once installed I'm very happy with it and the kids love the basketball hoop add on which is also very well made. Note that if you get the basketball hoop it can only go in the corner as opposed to the side. ... show more

  • Flipping Love this Tramp!
Style: 13'
I saw a review on youtube describing Springfree tramps as low quality and to buy an ACON instead. Glad that I didn't bite. GREAT QUALITY. It took some muscle but set-up is relatively easy. The large square is perfect for my 3 boys. Great addition to our home. Springfree is high quality and safer than other tramps. ... show more

  • Great for the kids
Style: 13'
Excellent trampoline, has been a fun for kids and adults alike. The safety features are well designed and I do believe that it is much safer than other models. Do pay attention to what others have said about the assembly being a challenge and requiring strength to complete. We were able to complete it, but it definitely took time, and we had some sore muscles as a result. The online app recommended to complete the assembly was very helpful. ... show more

  • Joint supports
Style: 13'
Make sure when you are putting this together that your joint supports are underneath the joint as you apply pressure to the springs even though they're not springs they're like bamboo sticks if you do not pay attention to the joint supports you will be taking it all apart again and doing it over and you will be pissed off because it takes like 3 hours to put together other than that it works very well had three adults on it it didn't complain at all with kids very fun ... show more

  • No springs.
Style: 11'
I made the plung! Decided to buy since it was on sale. I opted out of the $300 installation fee. I did it by myself. I put the net on wrong 2 times. If you can master the net it's smooth sailing after that. It took me a little over 3 hrs since I was by myself. After all set up I was to exhausted to try it out. The next day I did and it sure felt sturdy. I'm 6'0 220. Held me quit fine. After that I was kicking myself for not getting the basketball hoop. Another $200, damn. I had to get it. That was not as easy as it looks to install. I couldn't find the YouTube video. I did up getting it together but again put things on backwards and had to redo. It's up now and my son loves it. All in all it feel like if you're spending this kind of money on a product you expect a certain feel good feeling when you get it. You can tell real engineering went into every part of the trampoline. This thing without question feels sturdy, feels high quality, and no Springs! I still do feel like it's really expensive but when I see my kids jumping in the freezing cold having a blast while being as safe as you can. I don't regret buying it. I'm only taking a star off for price. A large square is $2k but was $250 off for the holidays. I would recommend and would buy again. ... show more

  • So much fun!!
Style: 13'
We were a little concerned about the assembly, but it was not that difficult. I called customer service after putting the frame together because it felt quite loose. They assured me it was meant to be this way and when it was fully assembled it would be stiff. Which it was. Attaching all the rods to the mat proved quite difficult. We tried the way described in the manual but it wasn’t working for all of them. I’m a large male but my girlfriend is very petite. We therefore had her push on the opposite side of the mat while I pushed the rod towards her. This proved a good strategy and we quickly got them all attached. Everything else was easy to assembly. I would recommend the app BILT, which the manual recommends too. Much easier to understand instructions there. We have jumped on it every day and it is so much fun. We love it. Thank you. ... show more

  • I knew it was too good to be true
Style: 13'
We purchased this Springfree trampoline at the end of March 2023, and installed the trampoline in April 2023. It was perfect for our 13 year old. By December, the trampoline was warped, the canvas and net tearing, two of the legs were split, and two of them won’t even rest on the ground anymore. I contacted Springfree about this on December 26th, immediately responded the next day to their request for a video walk around on December 27th, and that was it. I have followed up with Springfree multiple times, each time getting the message that someone will respond in 1 to 2 business days, and then no one responds. It is now January 21st and all I can do is stare at this $2600 hazard in my backyard and wonder why I ever let myself believe that more expensive was better and that their supposedly amazing warrant meant something. Please don’t be fooled. If the trampoline works for you, great! It did for us for many months as well. But the second you need them to back their warrant promise, good luck. --- Please note that I have multiple times added a third picture to this review, that shows how the trampoline is completely warped with over half of it raised up (imagine a short cereal bowl and the way it curves up) and it keeps being deleted. :( — Uodate. It is July 2024 and we still do not have the correct replacement parts for this trampoline. Springfree sent us a new mat, so we took the trampoline completely apart to install that. Once we connected every single rod, there were still additional points on the mat that were not connected. We contacted Springfree and found out they sent us the wrong mat. So we had to take the entire thing apart again. On the next install, the mat rods do not want to go into place. They sound like they are cracking and breaking every time we try to connect them to the mat. It’s obvious those tension rods were not meant to be connected and disconnected so many times. Too much wear and tear. They need to be replaced… The net they sent us also has a hole in it. The metal frames they sent us do not connect to the old frames the same. My guess is they also sent us the wrong frame pieces. We would have to use a hammer to knock everything into place and, even if that were to somehow work, that would just ruin the entire look of the frame. I have contacted Springfree about this, but they have not responded. … I also tried contacting an installer who would come here to take down what we have put up and try to put up this trampoline again. They told me they would come out and help us, but they won’t do that without a direct request from Springfree. So we reached out to Sprjngfree to request this and they still have not responded regarding that either. ... show more
