Did get name brand...like this one better. The big selling point is being able to refill with whatever cleaner I want. Just wish I could get another "tank" to use more than one type cleaning liquid. I have both hardwood (bona use) and vinyl (Lysol) and a German Shepherd. Pain to have to clean tank between uses. Keep that in mind when purchasing. Love the mop.

I bought one of these mops about 2 years ago and it started leaking but I couldn't fix it so bought another one because it is so handy. I love that you can use your own cleaning fluid and the mop heads are machine washable. It is not recommended to use thick floor cleaners as I am sure that would clog up the sprayer, but any other liquid cleaner will work. Such a time saver and no batteries to replace as well. Saves cost! Highly recommended!

I was expecting this mop to be a little more heavy duty, but given the price point compared to similar mops I can’t really be upset. I like that I’m able to put whatever soap I want in it and not worry about carrying a bucket of water around with me. Mopping my house is a quick process now instead of a chore I dreaded doing. It’s also nice that it came with multiple microfiber mop heads so I can swap them out to wash. It’s also light enough that my toddler can “help” mop with it too. (I just take the water canister off first 😂)

This handle is a little too weak for me as I press hard and move fast so I’m afraid it will not hold up. Reason I got a different one because the swifter brand didn’t hold up either.

My son bought a new building for his flower shop. The building was 100 feet wide and 300 foot deep and contained 3 floors. I wanted to help him so I grabbed my cleaning supplies and drove over to his new place. He had put down a new floor in the back room and started another new floor in the main show room. The flooring was wood planks and was a mixture of 4 different colors . It was absolutely beautiful!. But because his saw threw saw dust all over the entire building I wanted to clean it. He had this cleaning set in the back room. All I can say is "This set was so easy to use and cleaned fantastically!! I bought a set myself!

I don't know how this happened, but I was mopping the floor and the mop head/sponge flipped off. I finally got it back on. You have to bend it to get the red rod back in. Besides that, it does what it says. I just wish the bottle was twice its size. But then if it was, everyone would want it bigger still.

I've used the Bona for a couple of years. When my last one broke, I decided they are not worth the amount of $ so I looked at this alternative. It is perfectly acceptable. It has a smaller tank, but that is not a problem. And it comes with 5 mop pads which is a big plus! I have 3 senior incontinent dogs so I use this mop constantly.

I had a swiffer for 6 years and it was ok. I decided to try out this mop instead and it’s so much better for hardwood/laminate floors. The microfiber pads leave a freak free shine and I do like the fact that I can wash the pads instead of buying more. It’s better for my wallet and the environment.

Why spend more money on a swifter wet jet when you can get this and save money! Reusable pads, own floor cleaner. Swifter has their own cleaner and non reusable pads. So you spend more with both products doing the same thing. Will buy again!!

Good 'quick' mop. Get the pad a bit wet before you start, so a new, dry pad isn't sucking up all of your cleaning liquid instead of cleaning with it.

JUST BUY IT!! I love that I can wash and reuse the pads. It comes with 5 additional pads and an extra cleaner tub but no cleaning solution. I was not expecting the floor cleaner I'm just letting everyone know it's not included. I use my go to cleaner and it works great. Quick delivery.
