I suspect this comes down to a translation thing but this does not produce steam. It does not create any warmth at all. It just creates a mist. This means, if you load regular cold tap water into it, it's going to spray cold water onto your cat which mine did not appreciate. You can get around this by simply loading warm water in before each use but since the listing says multiple times "steam", I was expecting this to be a feature after seeing it was battery powered. I'm guessing this is a translation issue and probably not intentional on the part of the seller but just the same, it's an advertised feature the product doesn't have. Beyond that, it does work as a pet brush with an easy release of the hair and having the moisture helps collect the hair up and when using warm water, my cat seems to appreciate the misting action which sort of mimics the whole licking thing. For what it is, it's not bad at all and the water temperature thing isn't even that big of a deal once I realized I could just put warm water into it so I'm not being too hard on my star rating but I hope they see this and update the listing to be more clear because I don't expect other people to be as okay about it.

I LOVE this product although my cat isn’t too sure about it. It works perfectly as long as you follow the instructions, & the misting feature while brushing makes my cat’s fur feel SILKY SOFT!! My cat loves the brush itself but she doesn’t like the mist. Hopefully she’ll warm up to it. Also it’s super easy to clean the fur off when you’re done brushing. Love love love

I know it has been said but this is NOT a steam brush, it is a misting brush. It charges nicely and is pretty straightforward to refill. I do like the misting feature for my dogs because it helps to more thoroughly brush them out when I use it, or at least it seems that way.

I love this spray brush. I can brush and clean my cat easily with this spray brush. The brush is easy to use. You charge it using the included cord. Then you use the included bottle to put water in the brush. After that you turn on the brush to make the mist come out while you comb your pet with the brush. The brush is comfortable to hold and when you need to remove hair from the brush there is an easy to push button that releases the shedded hair. I have used the brush to clean and brush my cat, but it can also be used on a dog. If you want a great brush that will brush and clean your pet easily, order this brush.

The bristles on the brush are metal and there is a high pitch noise that seems to bother the cats when I brush them. I like that the brush has a water tank and that it mists the fur... but it does not steam... even if you put hot water in it. I love the eject function that allows for the hair to be disposed of easily.

I was a bit surprised when it wasn't steam coming out but just water instead. My cat didn't mind that it was water and didn't leave my cat any wetter than how he is when he bathes himself. I do like that it has a button to release the hair cause getting hair out of brushes can be annoying. It does come with a USB-C cable and a tiny water bottle to help fill the brush, which was awesome and prevents spills. Overall I like it, just wish it was steam and not just water.
