We have several Grandkids and live near a lake, which makes our place popular with the family. We already have a trampoline and swing set but wanted something that could let the Grandkids keep cool while playing. We read the reviews on this one and purchased it. It arrived within two days and was easy to set up. The only small issue is that the slide has two water jets attached to a hose connection that sticks to the slide by Velcro pads. One of the pads on the hose side didn't have the Velcro patch sewn on. No a major problem and the kids didn't seem to notice. I sent an email to the company and they sent me a replacement ASAP. They communicated with me in a professional and very timely manner (within a few hours). I was impressed. Now, about the slide. This thing is very tough. The material is very resistant. I know it isn't rated for the extreme treatment that it has gotten. We had three grandkids absolutely going nuts on it AND a 10 month old pit bull. He was not going to be denied. He ran through the pool portion at the bottom of the slide and jumped and splashed with the kids for two days straight. I kept thinking that it would definitely get a hole or two in it from this abuse but they were all having so much fun, well, let it rip! I know that the manufacturer wouldn't advise letting a pit bull run wild on this product and it probably wasn't too smart but you should have seen the fun they were having. The bottom line is that we put this thing to the test and it was up to it. I know it is pricey but for us, it was well worth it. The water slide has been fantastic. It is easy to set up and kids of all ages love it. We've also had it take a beating with some Tweens and teens and it's still holding strong. Best for under 10 yr olds. It is challenging to dry it out and stains from dirt do not come out.

I purchased this for the grandkids have something to play in while our pool was being put together. They loved it! It had an itty bitty tear on the seem in the back, but everytime they used it the hole got bigger. I called the company direct and they were quick to send me a patch kit. I'm pretty sure it was a return item because they said it should've had the patch kit with directions...it didn't have either. I really hope the patch works because no one has anything like it for the price. "add on note" The replacement task was really smooth and the company Office Sports Power were AWESOME. We got quick response and they replaced it quickly. I will purchase from them again on my next big "grandkids" purchase! ... show more

    • Don't waste your hard earned $$
Don't waste your money. This is the 3rd slide that I have purchased in the last 10 or so years at this price point. The others lasted 4 or 5 years before showing signs of age and taking on water and not blowing up all the way. This product was like that out of the box. I would also not suggest this for anything more than a 4 year old. Very poor quality and not very big at all compared to other slides at this $$ level. ... show more

Was very disappointed, ordered this product for a birthday party, we also have another slide from the same seller that we bought last year and everything about it was great so was expecting the same. I didn't open the box till last Saturday morning (the day of the party). When I went to inflate the slide it had to holes in the bottom, both about the size of a finger tip. The slide wouldn't hold air. I found the patch to patch one of the holes and eventually found the patch from last years purchase to patch the other hole, the slide leaked out but did hold up enough for the small kids to play on it. I am just thankful that I had the older slide from last year too so the bigger kids could play too. I had ordered this new slide because the one from last year was a bit dirty and worn, but I should have just saved my money since I had to use last years anyway:-( Below is a picture of the holes, the new slide and the old slide. The old slide is wonderful and has stood up great for over a year now, wish I could say the same for the new one, we can only use it with the toddler anyone over about 35 lbs makes it leak. ... show more

I thought is was pricy at first but I was able to use my Discover rewards points on this purchase so that took some money off. Plus Amazon has no shipping, handling, or tax included which made it even better. So far very very happy. I have a 5 year old and two year old and it is perfect! We have used it both dry and as a wet slide. Worth every penny. I was told to keep it dry after use by a company rep. When your down with it inflate it again and let it dry out.
