I was having a problem with my eyes refocusing after I would read social media posts on my phone, then turn on the TV, press guide to read the list of shows. It was too blurry to read. As it got worse I timed myself and found it was taking up to 15 minutes for my eyes to refocus. I went to my eye doctor and he said it was due to my Dry Eye Syndrome and nothing could be done. I found that Lutein with Astaxanthin has not only got rid of my eye focusing problem but it also has healed my Dry Eye Syndrome! I like it so far. It’s small and easy to swallow. No taste. I take it with cod liver oil pill. Has helped with night vision/ glare. Taking for 6 months now.
