Started this product yesterday. Also started keto(again) 3 days ago. First was taken 3 hours after I drank my ketones. Second pic was today (24 hours after first test) and I’m loving the results of my levels. Did a hard (for me 😂) workout including Pilates and speed walking for an hour. Can’t wait to see results. Every other time I’ve done keto I’ve never worked out. Sports Research Keto Plus Exogenous Ketones has saved me money compared to some other leading ketone replacement drinks. The fruit punch is a great flavor, only 20 calories, and mixed up easily. I switched to this from the Pruvit packets due to cost and noticed no difference in results. I prefer to use a water bottle, so it’s a bit of a process to get the product into the bottle, I use a sheet of paper folded in half to direct powder through the bottle neck. Lastly, my experience is that all the added ketone products can act as a quick laxative. You have to gradually work up to daily amounts. And some days if you eat something wrong, or not at all, the ketones will be like taking a fast acting laxative. Key is, this does what it’s supposed to do, at a more economical price than the leading products. Pro’s: Great taste, easy mix, saves money Cons: challenge for water bottle use ... show more

I'm on a Keto diet with intermittent fasting 8/16. This really helps stave off keto-flu especially when I'm fasting and love that it's only 20 calories so it doesn't break my fast. I add one scoop to my 32 oz water bottle so the flavor is perfect, not too sweet and just enough flavor to make me want to drink it. Also since it's 32 oz of water I don't chug it all at once, but over the course of a few hours until my fast ends. It usually takes me about a week with just diet to achieve ketosis, but if I drink this daily, I manage to get into it by day 3. I have not tried the fruit punch as I'm not a fan of that flavor in general, but I do like the raspberry lemonade. ... show more

I decided to give this a try. The taste is better than most of these keto drinks. It will gas you if you don't eat the right food combo. So far so good. Seems to increase Ketone levels as designed. Tested levels before and an hour later and see an increase. Tested 5 hours later after no carbs and Ketone level had increased more. Gives a good energy boost and suppresses appetite. So far I've lost 10lbs in around 3 weeks by having in the morning and reducing carb intake throughout the day. I'm sure if carbs where cut completely results would be even better. I've used Pruvit and Julian Bakery Gobhb and this is just as good. Save your money and buy anything else. Quite expensive product, but also quite favourable reviews, so I decided to give it a try. My order soon arrived, and I was delighted by the refreshing taste of the product. That was, however, also the only delightful thing about it. After finishing half of the 20-day supply (the actual price per day is approx. $2.50), I had registered no effects whatsoever. No increased energy, no lowered appetite, no weight loss or fat burn, no ketosis. Nothing. However, on the lid of the container was a web address with an offer to try another of Sports Research's products for free, so I thought I'd see if they had anything more effective. The first time I logged on to the web site, the system claimed that my Amazon order number wasn't valid, so I decided to wait a few days to see if it was simply a matter of updating order numbers. It wasn't. The second time I tried to log on, the website didn't work at all. Quite brilliant. And after having finished the rest of the product, the results were the same as halfways; i.e. nothing. So I decided to check the return policy on Sports research's website, only to discover that the return form didn't work. So I tried their online chat. It may have worked; I'm not sure, but after quite a long time I received a message apologising for the inconvenience of a technical glitch, and would I please leave my email address so they could contact me?
