I need to strengthen my leg muscles and this works great. It feels really comfortable when on and I love that if I want or need extra weight I can just add or remove. Seems to be sturdy but a little difficult to add or remove weights, but I guess that’s because they will stay put. Happy.

These leg weights are an excellent addition to my exercise routine when I go on walks or using them in my cheer exercise. The leg weights are adjustable, however somewhat difficult to remove one by one in it individual section. However, the removal of each weight is worth the effort..

Just what we were looking for. My wife and I are both rehabbing various extremities, for different reasons. These weights will allow us to build strength over time, with increasing the weights in each strap. Overall, this is an average product. Couple things. 1) I noticed the weights would consistently slip down my ankles, do matter how hard I tightened them, which made it difficult to walk in, as I was always adjusting them. 2) The adjustable weight feature was a selling point, however, adding the weight back in after taking out is a slight hassle.
