I have the front loader washer, and I run the cleaning cycle as directed with bleach, but I am still getting funky smells in my clothes sometimes. Saw an ad for these and gave them a try. I ran it on the cleaning cycle in my machine and I will say it did help. Left a fresh smell and while I still did wipe the seal at the door after, it was much cleaner! I just used it once so far, but I’m pleased with the results. Not sure about the filters, I’m not sure how to access them.

Splash Spotless washer cleaner accompanying a good disassembly and scrubbing of the agitator makes for an improvement in stains and odors in the washing machine. Splash Spotless by itself is an effective and easy quick fix for occasional odor. Each $17 box of tablets provide several cleaning cycles and is a good value. Recommended.

Works okay. I was a little disappointed that the washer drum didn't look totally sparkling clean. Still some debris left behind. But I guess better than nothing. Will use the entire package. Maybe my washer just needs more treatment.
