SHOCKINGLY SIMPLE SETUP, JUST WORKS. I popped in an SD and a micro SD and my iPhone recognized it instantly through the Files app, then I could import straight into Photos if I wanted. The Lightning and USB C connectors make it travel proof since I can use it on older iPhones, iPads, and newer USB C models too. It handled 4K camera clips and RAW photos without choking, and the USB 3.0 port read a thumb drive fine. Speeds depend on your phone or tablet, but for backing up a card after a shoot this did exactly what I needed with zero fuss. HOW TO SOLVE COMMON ISSUES FAST. Insert the card first, then connect the reader, then open Files and look under Browse to copy or move. For Photos imports, a DCIM folder helps, but Files sees everything so you can copy and then Add to Photos if needed. exFAT or FAT32 cards tend to be the most reliable for iOS and iPadOS, and large capacities like 64 GB to 256 GB are fine when formatted exFAT. The USB port is for low power accessories like flash drives, not spinning hard drives. If nothing shows up, reseat the card, close and reopen Files, or reboot once. For GoPro users, copy the entire DCIM folder to keep metadata intact. Simple, reliable, and perfect for quick transfers on the go.

good sd card reader, i haven’t had a problem with it. you can also put a micro sd card in too. good pricing as well. all i have to do is plug my sd card into the reader and plug my phone and i can find my sd card in my files or in my photos. really easy to use

Great product! I need an adapter to edit videos from my PlayStation that was on a flash drive so I got this and it worked pretty good. I think you can use this for SD cards too

Excellent tool to have for reading trail camera cards. Kept it in my pack all season and was able to quickly and easily read my camera cards. Held up to the abuse of riding in the pack and performed its function flawlessly. 10/10 recommend

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! I stupidly tried this with 3 different flash drives before learning my lesson. It crashed/ corrupted all 3 flash drives. I was trying to get videos off my Google Pixel 9 and onto the flash drives. It can only transfer 1 video at a time (even small 15 second videos) and it can not transfer any large videos at all. It took 6-8 hours (while I slept) trying to transfer a 1.2 GB video. I tried 3 diff flash drives thinking it was an issue with them (2 different brands) before realizing it was not a flash drive issue. All 3 flash drives can not be read now. 2 were new but 1 unfortunately already had videos and pictures on it and now even those can not be opened. Avoid this product at all costs!! I am going to attempt to return this item but I do not have the box anymore so I do not know if I can or not. Highly disappointed.
