Fits like a glove. Been using spigen since i moved using samsung products and never disappoints me. Works as advertised. Maybe others are receiving fake ones and explains the problem they have. See the photos and hope it does justice to show how perfect the fit is. Item also comes with spare double adhesive if ya'll to remove it. Grip is very good and quality is not cheap. I bought three cases before this one (one being a samsung product which was the worst of the three others) most are just cheaply made. This case however is snug on phone , quality for the price. I will continue to buy spigen products.

This case is a tank! I waited for a month for it, and I'm so glad I did. Absolutely outstanding case. Grippy, looks great, and it's like a coat of armor for my phone. I'm a geologist, so naturally I'm going to be hard on phones working around dirt and rocks all the time. Adhesive was apparently made by NASA cause there is no way to get it off once it's on there. Oh & I followed the instructions set by the company just to be clear. Better hope you get it on perfect the first time cause if not your screwed! The adhesive is literally stronger than my mental state at this point cause I had to bring it to a repair shop to have it removed. Tried all the recommendations online to get it off prior to bringing it in with no luck. Oh & the hinge / kick stand is terrible. Is the case durable? Absolutely! It survived when my phone did not. Do I now have to replace my phone due to the extreme measures it took to remove it causing significant damage? Yes! If I'd ever need hurricane or tornado proof adhesive I'll definitely look into buying this one cause it's strong. Unless the company plans on replacing my phone, don't bother responding. ... show more

I am not sure what other reviewers are complaining about. I installed the case without the adhesive strips and it fits very securely. The hinge protector is spring loaded and stays put. The kickstand works as advertised. When used with the Spigen tempered glass screen protector you wind up with a fantastic protection package. this is better than flip 4 casing, which using "grip" instead need to rely on the sticky tape. the bottom part does not fit properly. there are like 1 to 2 mm gape at the bottom and cannot be push to close the gap. the hinge protection also kind of weird. when you close the phone, it will have opening gap between it and the top part (casing came in separate top and bottom part. hinge protection is with the bottom part. so not sure what will happen if the phone is drop at that perfect angle where the hinge is exposed. the camera opening is veru tight that you can't use any third party lens protection. fortunately, my lens protection outer ring can be removed so it can fit with the casing. spigen ez fit screen protector fit nicely. ... show more

I get a spigen tough armor for every phone my wife and I have ever had. We always try many cases and end up with the tough armor pro. It usually has the best balance of protection, a slim fit, and premium feel. You can usually feel the quality materials, the soft tpu on the edges/corners. Usually the whole thing is soft tpu with a hard plate that snaps on with kickstand. This thing is nothing like the previous cases. Hard plastic....., the hinge does not close all the way, practically breaking phone trying to shove botom piece a nanometer on more so that it can close better. Definitely a flaw, tried it before and after adhesive use. The case has the a liquid silicon type paint on it, but it is hard plastic. Seriously? I waited months for this? Protection feels no better that a $9 generic pc snap on case and a lot of those don't even need adhesive. Seriously spigen, what were you thinking with this case? Don't you realize how popular the flip 5 is? Shame.... Hard plastic, no softness, a million stickers to use to keep it on, no extras sent, what if I want to remove the case? Can't put it back on after. Hinge does not close all the way. I would expect this from a no name company. Shame. Update: now the magnet that holds kickstand closed has lost it's adhesion. What poor quality from this company, we are shocked. Man spigen, what a let down; the cheap materials, the hinge not closing 100%, and now magnet falling off. I hope you get it together, we used to love using your products. I would drop off another star for the magnet issue, but 2 stars is fair, as cheap materials it would fall under. ... show more
