This case is fantastic, especially for how little it costs. The TPU material is soft too the touch but sturdy, with just enough flex to intall it. The fit is perfect and it protects the entire camera bar. The buttons are clicky and responsive. The sides are ribbed which gives a nice grip. The carbon fiber strip at the bottom looks good and provides a nice place to rest your finger while holding the phone. Gives great shock protection and adds grip to your phone in hand or on smooth surfaces (phones are like the pucks in an air hockey table otherwise). I initially purchased my phone with the thin, simple case sold by Google, and although I liked it at first, it began showing worrying signs of wear almost immediately. The case I had for my previous Pixel was by Spigen, so I decided to get the same design for my new phone. So far, it feels even sturdier than my previous Spigen, with a different, more matte/grippy texture and light sparkly effect on the back that I like. Good protection, but it is easy to remove the case if needed. The case has enough texture that it is not slippery, but smooth enough that a glued metal piece will stick. I have used Spigen cases for years and have always been satisfied.

Case is thin but appears well made, was easy to install and fits well, and has done a good job of protecting the phone so far. The phone has been knocked off a table, falling about three feet onto a hardwood floor, and was also dropped by from about four feet onto concrete and there was no damage to the phone, and the case looks perfectly fine as well. It is a nice snug fit. I haven't dropped it but I feel confident that it will protect the phone in case I do. It has a good grippy feeling to it but slides into my pocket easily.
