After upgrading to an iPhone 12 Pro, I wanted to get a case to protect my phone. I first purchased the Spigen Tough Armor but found it to be a bit bulky in spite of the obvious protective features. I then purchased the Neo Hybrid. This case offers the perfect blend of protection, utility, value, and looks in my opinion. The case fits better in my hand. The fit on the phone is tight. The feel of the case is premium for a fraction of the cost. Additionally, I have no doubt that this case will get the job done if there is an inadvertent drop. This is the best of the Spigen lineup. It is the perfect mixture of slimness to protection. It doesn’t interfere with screen protector glass. It feels good to hold. It isn’t heavy. And the protection is top notch. I will say, I have gone through three of these (the outer shell will break if you drop it too many times or have nervous twitch of popping it on and off like I do….. *shame on me*) but through every drop on all three I’ve bought, the phone has remained flawless and the case has taken many hits before it broke. I love Spigen cases, I’ve been using them for years. They are extremely durable, yet sleek and nice looking. My phone is too slippery without a case, this case has a thin profile, so it doesn’t make the phone bulky. I’ve dropped my phone at least 5 times with this case on, and it protects like it should. My phone has fallen. Off my lap onto the ground when I get out of my Jeep, which is higher off the ground than most vehicles. I highly recommend this case! ... show more

While not quite as durable as Otterbox, these cases are very sturdy and durable, and provide great protection for light to medium-duty users. One of the more protective cases available that doesn't sacrifice a slim outline and remains grippy without collecting lint or getting stuck in pockets. Amazing case the description was spot on it looks and feels like a much more expensive product, I love the gun metal edges with the rear pattern design, works great with my mag charger which is one of the points for buying it, the magnet grip isn’t that strong with this case on but it’s enough to latch it and keep it charging without any issues, I’ve always used otterbox cases, but I wasn’t satisfied with the previous one I had on my 12 pro the plastic broke after minimal use within a few months, I did my research on better alternatives or of equal value and Spigen was on the top of the list. This case is a must buy. I originally bought a Rokform case for my brand new iPhone. I bought the Rokform case because I like the locking system and have used it for the last 6 years. The Rokform case, as great as it was, had one flaw. It did not charge with Telsa Model 3 wireless charger in my car. That was a "no-go" for me. I kept the case because I will use it for my motorcycle. You are probably thinking....."Is this a review for the Spigen case or Rokform?" It is for Spigen. These cases have been the reliable 2nd option once all of my expensive cases have failed OR when I was at the end-of-life of my previous phone and I needed a "decent" case to fill the gap until I could purchase my new phone. Except for this time, the expensive case did not meet my expectations/requirements a few days after I purchased this phone. This time, I decided to skip the expensive case phase and go with a reliable case from the "jump" (as we say in VA). This case, in simple terms, is THE case to get IF 1) You need universal wireless charging 2) You are not fooled into thinking that higher cost=higher quality and 3) You don't want to wait until you are a few months from buying a new phone and your case for your current phone goes bad. BL: (If I had not made it clear enough) BUY this case. P.S. BUY this case. I rarely write reviews for the items I purchase from Amazon. They either have to be very crappy or exceedingly good.
