    • Light, thin and easy fit with good camera coverage

I compared this model physically with the Spigen Tough Armor and the Crave Case. All 3 are nice I didn't like the Tough Armor because it was slippery and the stand on the back is not strong enough. Plan on it breaking off if you use it. It is tough otherwise. The Crave was nice. Very tight fitting. A little bulky. The camera cover was too exposed compared to the Liquid Air which covers only the necessary parts of the camera. The Liquid Air case goes on easy and has the same military drop rating. The Liquid Air is the thinnest and although the case is softer material it seems adequate for protection. The Air also has softer corners around the camera making it easier to slide in pockets than the acute corners on the other two. All three cases have about the same depth reveal for the screen with a protector. The buttons were adequate in so three, but I like the crispness of Air. I sent the Crave and Tough Armor cases back. ... show more

This case doesn't add bulk. I like the grip feel of the sides; all the cutouts are perfect. The buttons are great. The camera area is protected. I liked it enough to keep both this and the Ringke Fusion clear matte. I was able to add the magnetic Popsockets ring to the Ringke Fusion case, but even though I can't with this Spigen case, I like the fit and feel enough to own this case as well. I bought the Abyss Green color, and I like it. My Pixel 8 Pro is black, so it was nice to be able to get a green case. ... show more

    • A bit flimsy.

While this is an affordable case and it fits the phone well, it's lip on the edges catch on things and easily comes off the end of the phone. The charging port side is the most flimsy and cheap feeling. This case probably wont last me 6 months before I decide to get a more durable one. But it is lightweight, and protects the phone well enough. Keeps the camera section from hitting a counter top, and the bumper on the face of the phone keeps it off any surface as well. I should have known better... Ive used Spigen cases for all my phones and tablets for years and they have never disappointed. However, this year I wanted to check out some other options. I bought 5 other cases and all of them have no been returned. Spigen remains my favorite. It offers the perfect blend of minimalism, protection, & grip all at a reasonable price. They've also always held up over years of abuse. Some cases will have wear and rub marks over time that look gross. This has never happened to mine. Even with my work phone which has had a Spigen liquid case on it for over 5 years. It still looks almost new. This case combined with a glass screen protector will keep your phone in great shape without feeling bulky. It's really easy to slip on and off and the buttons feel clicky and tactile unlike others I've tried. ... show more

I've had the same style of Spigen case on my Pixel 6 for 2 years. In all that time it stayed snug and the grip remained sure. I don't recall any bad drops but there may have been one or two falls, and the phone took no damage. This case has a very similar feel on my 8 Pro. I like that it has an extra protector strip to visually separate the sections of the camera bar plus add a bit more help against impact. I was happy to see some actual color choices this time, though it's such a subdued green you can barely tell it's not black. I would love lighter hues, even a gradient or mixed-color patterns. I also picked up a green Crave case that looks prettier but is bulkier. The 8 Pro is just a smidge taller than the 6, and in the Spigen case -barely- fits in the outer purse pocket I use to carry my phone. I'd never get the flap closed over the Crave. So I'm guessing the 8 Pro is going to live in the Spigen case for many years. For those new to Spigen: the edges are super grippy without being gooey or scratchy. The back texturing also helps though it's not like rubber, you can glide your fingers across it and will want to hold the sides to be safe. The cutouts are precise. The button covers have little ridges and are easy to feel without looking at them. Though thin, the case seems very protective; it has a bit of flex to help put it on and peel it off. The dull appearance is the only issue I have with it; otherwise it is everything I want in a phone case. (Note, it does completely hide the color of your phone. I have the cheerful blue Bay color but you'd never know it with this case on). ... show more
