For growers of any skill level—from beginners just getting their feet wet to more experienced cultivators who know how to dial things in. It’s compact, sure, but if you’re mindful and ergonomic with the space, it’s surprising what you can pull off. For example, you can carefully fit four 5-gallon fabric pots in here and experiment with growing multiple strains side by side—like natural hemp variants such as Charlotte’s Web and others—wall to wall, right across the footprint. It gives you a solid foundation to set up a controlled environment. With the right climate devices, you can lock in your VPD, humidity, temp, and airflow to suit your plants’ needs. And the frame? Surprisingly sturdy. The metal build supports any typical equipment you’d suspend—carbon filters, inline fans, LED fixtures—with a stable, easily adjustable feel. You can even fit a light like the SF-4000 in here if you wanted to push the canopy to its limits. Overkill for the size? Maybe. But totally possible, especially if you’re integrating CO₂ management and running a dense training method. The ventilation ports are well thought out, with double-layered seals that help maintain positive pressure or prevent odor leaks, depending on your setup. The reflective interior does a great job with light efficiency, and the canvas has a thick, premium feel to it. Purchased the kit and it sat in my Orders for 5 days "Order being processed/Order being prepared to ship" and around day 6 it shipped then made it to my house on day 7. All the pieces were there and they all worked. (So far) I can see people's concerns about the fan. It arrived all in one box that nobody would think is a complete grow tent so no worries about discreet shippin. Tents thicker than I thought and I had no problems setting it up by myself. Metal frame is sturdy ish, I'd recommend being sober when you click the frame together that took a few seconds to figure out completely. (Jk, I never recommend someone is sober) Will updat in a few weeks after a run of autoflowers.... Update: So far tent and light are great but I have updated the fan to a 6" AC Infinity t6 with the 67 controller. Zippers are holding up well. Update 2: Had a good run and harvest. Tent and light performed great. Flowers were surprisingly dense and got a end weight. Definitely recommend if you want to choose a kit. I've since moved on to a sf4000 and a 5x5.

Kit was packaged very nicely. As a first time user, the instructions were OK but I wish Spider Farm would have pdf versions available so I could blow up the tent assembly frame pictures. They include all models in the instructions so it gets quite confusing. OTOH the pole system was great-super easy to put together and strong. One more thing-missing in the instructions is that one or two extra bags of charcoal are inside the filter. Before use you have to unscrew the filter and remove those. Very nice they included this extra charcoal for future use but they should have let you know. One quibble on the tent-I wish it didn't have the lower windows and instead had at least one low vent. I could use a low vent (none provided) in my layout and the low windows are nothing but a light leak along the velcro seams. Everything turned on and works, but I haven't actually put it into use yet.

The included SF 4000 EVO grow light has stopped working after 11 months. I oredered in May 2024 but didnt begin using until September 2024. July 2025 it quit. Its the weekend so ive had no luck contacting Spider Farmer by phone, i have emailed and reached out via their website. I had 2 older SF 4000's that i got 5 years use out of before on ballast failed, then there were 2 ballasts per light, now just one. It appears the new drivers are no longer the Meanwell drivers ? I hope to get this resolved as i recommended and made this purchase for a friend, who happened to be smack in the middle of his grow, so thats shot. And ive recently purchased two new Spider Farmer 4000 EVO's for myself. If one or both fail i will be extremely upset. Maybe Monday July 7th (2025) i can get someone from Spider Farmer on the phone or an email reply ? 10 months on one of these lights isnt good at all and it wasnt non stop either. I was concerned the Meanwell drivers had been changed in the beginning, they are kind of the gold standard, im guessing the driver is the issue. NOPE, SF will not reply to the phone numbers they provide or respond to email addresses they provide. STEAR CLEAR of Spider Farmer, the in house drivers they replaced the Mean Well drivers with are trash, 5 months out of the new SF 4000 EVO. I'm LIVID !!!!
