I just got this and it is nice For someone that doesn't have any of the materials needed to start with The value quality instructions are decent and the size is great. I wish that the link to watch the videos didn't reset all the time and the code worked that I had received every time that I tried to log in to learn the new stitches. I ended up just deciding I might not finish this because it's too hard to find the videos. I ended up having to watch someone else's videos and at this point I should have just used some regular muslin I already had and embroidery I already had.

I’ve been wanting an embroidery book kit for a while now so I ordered this hoping it would be a nice one. It comes with everything you need from needles to scissors to all of the thread. Everything except good video tutorials that are supposed to be available. The online channel has literally nothing. The videos that are posted to the site aren’t very long and the voiceover is either translated or AI but horrible either way. If you click on the video anywhere other than the play button, it takes you to the channel that has no content. When you first scan the QR code the site asks if you want it translated from Chinese. My browser didn’t flag the site but it’s still a little sketchy. Having said all of that, the kit is complete. The instruction booklet that is included has good illustrations so if you are someone who is able to learn without watching someone else do it, it might work well. If you don’t learn from just looking at pictures or word instructions then you can always search for tutorials online. It is a comprehensive collection of stitches and this is actually a decent kit for beginners to learn with. It’s just not as instructional as it proclaims to be.

The kit contents like the supplies and the book pages and everything are awesome. But this is def not for starter level because the directions are v difficult or non-sensical. There’s both a pamphlet of illustrated instructions and a QR code to login for video instructions. The pamphlet and videos are laid out well and sorted by number but both are really bad at explaining. On top of that, the don’t match up as far as instruction is concerned between pamphlet and video. Also every time you use the qr link, you have to input the code on the pamphlet and then wait a pretty long time to get the videos loaded. And it’s funny bc they’re all YouTube videos which I guess are private so you have to go the qr route. And so I figured it’s fine I wont use their instructions I’ll just search for other instructions using the knot names. Well that worked great for me until I got to cable stitch (#4). Omg like there isn’t even a single cable stitch that resembles any of the results I found I just had to make it up then I gave up on it. I haven’t even started on the fifth stitch because I don’t want to go through a hassle again to learn the stitch. This kit is supposed to be enjoyable and a relaxing way to learn something while you create a cute book but all the joy is gone. And I like to figure out things I welcome the learning hurdles but this kit is just an unfortunate hassle imo. I’ve been wanting to make one of these books for a while so I think I’ll need to go an expensive route to make sure it’s a good instructional kit

My wife has had a lot of fun with this stitch kit. She said that the kit has been a lot of fun and educational. She has wanted to take up embroidery, and this stitch book has been a solid option to get started with. The stitch book comes with everything needed to get started. It contains a manual that helps guide you through the stitching process. It also comes with a hoop and preprinted fabric, and floss. The manual provides instructions that are easy to follow. She was able to start quickly and produce quality results. The pattern fabric provides a nice guide that is easy to work with and helpful with the learning process. The floss looks and feels like it is well made and solidly constructed. The floss colors are colorful and vibrant too. The floss looks nice with the pattern fabric. It does a good job of drawing your attention and has a quality appearance. This stitch book kit has been a nice option that was fun for my wife to work with and learn from. She enjoyed the lessons and practice she achieved with the kit. She has had a lot of fun learning how to embroider and started to work on other projects. This stitch book kit has been a fun option for my wife that has been educational and easy to learn from.

I have no idea how im suppose to actually put this together. The pages are not how youd have a book but as if you cut all the pages out then maybe stitch together? Its very confusing. There is a pamphlet though for how to do all the stitches. The scissors feel very weak. Like, they work, but they just feel wrong in weight for scissors. Theres plenty of floss & needles for this. The hoop is a standard hoop.
