I have 3 pair of Sperry duck boots and several pair of Sperry shoes. My husband wanted something waterproof to wear when walking our dog. Regardless of weather, they walk 3 miles every morning. I asked if he wanted to try a pair. He's all about "just get something cheap", and I'm all about "you get what you pay for." HE absolutely LOVES these boots.     • Sturdy and Comfortable
I am female and couldn’t find a waterproof boot that I could get dirty or muddy. These are more streamlined and lightweight than most men’s shoes. A man’s size 8 fits like a woman’s size 9w, and they are perfect for me.

I bought these in size 8 for my 11 yr old. He loves them. They were bought for school when it rains but he likes to wear them on the days his school meets at a farm.

This is my third pair of Sperry duck boots. As usual, I bought a size smaller, I wear 9 and for some reason I have to go a size down to 8. Beautiful boots and I'm happy with them with one cosmetic flaw. The photo suggests that the black rubber portion below the quilted top is a high gloss surface, like high gloss rain boots.     • Ninjas would wear these boots! They’re perfect.
They’re Sperry boots. Wear them ice fishing, mud riding, going to war or working in a wet yard. The foot was just as expected. I like the all black look versus the blue/brown options. This is what ninjas would wear in wet or muddy conditions. Highly recommend.

    • Sperry Knows How to Make Wet Shoes!
I knew Sperry to make a good "boat shoe" and so I took a chance on its "duck shoes" for a muddy, wet PNW winter. I was very pleased with the narrow fit of this boot, and find it supportive of my injured ankle! (I even got it on a sale). highly recommended.
