These lights were fairly easy to install. However, the instructions are extremely unclear. When wiring the lights up, I tied the black wires together and the white wires together and wire spliced those to the running light that's blue in my picture. That way all the accent lighting is on at the same time. I also ordered a blue LED W5W bulb for the side running light and it's a nice touch. ... show more

Son wanted these for our 4Runner which he is now the primary driver of. They were easy to install. Be mindful they are not fully plug and play. You have to wire the halos and the little pearls at the top separately.

In my previous experience with aftermarket headlights they can be pretty hit or miss, especially with the lower cost versions. These headlights definitely hit the mark, for the money. Installation was a breeze, the fitment is just about perfect, and they give the vehicle a completely different look. Comes with some installation instructions that might be vague for some, and some connectors which was appreciated. For driving/highbeam light it's straight forward plug and play into some provided H1 bulbs. The Halos/LEDs, it calls for wiring directly to the driving lights, but I spliced them into the parking/marker lights so that I could activate them separately from the actual headlight itself and they worked just fine. My only complaint is that the LEDs/Halos could be a little brighter. At night they look pretty dang spiffy, but definitely not anything you're going to be using as a daytime running light, as they are barely visible when its light out(The halos and LEDs are illuminated in the first photo, at dusk for reference). I will be swapping those out with brighter halos later on down the line, but for now it's fine. I can't speak on the longevity of these headlights, as I just recently installed them, will update if anything changes. But so far I love these headlights! ... show more

I really like the headlights, the only issue is they are about 60 days post install and the left passenger one, the black paint is actually chipping and cracking. Other than that I have no complaints at this time.
