  • In Love with these Headlights!! No need for a mechanic, you can do them yourself!
The media could not be loaded. I love these headlights! I installed them mostly by myself with a little help from my dad. I've gotten so many compliments on my car with them. They add more character to my 08 charger and a more personalized sporty feel with the sequential turning lights compared to stock. FYI make sure to buy new headlight bulbs (9006xs and 9005xs) because they aren't included with the headlights. They NEED to be XS not L-shaped or else they will not work. I watched installation videos on youtube to have an idea of how others have installed new headlights, and for my car it wasn't hard at all. *Tools you need: 8mm & 10mm socket, ratchet & extension, grinder, and a flat head screwdriver or pry tool* First, you need to take out all of the clips holding the front bumper. There will be 8 under the hood, and then a couple under by the front wheel wells (get all of the ones facing the front of the car). They will be easier to access if you turn the wheels inward to get the clips and pull the liner back. I was lucky and didn't have a wash plate under my car, otherwise you'd probably have to raise it up and undo the clips just in the front for the bumper to come off. There will be 2 bolts on each sides, one will be at the wheel well, and the others will be reached under the hood on the sides, near the top of the fender well (nut not a screw). Once they're out, the bumper will lift off easily (if you have fog lights, unplug before you lift off). Then there will be 3 screws holding the headlights on the frame, 2 on top 1 on bottom. Once they are off the headlight will fall off, unplug the bulbs (don't touch them with your bare hands if you want them to last long), replace, and install before putting on the new headlights. Leave the protective film on the headlights until very end. Loosen the screws on the back of the headlight before putting in the bulbs, then when you put them in they'll fit kind of loose and like a puzzle piece, make sure to turn them clockwise and then tighten the screws to hold in place securely. You may need to adjust the direction of your lights downward, mine are a bit high in the treeline but I didn't adjust them until I drove at night and saw...Not horrible if you don't adjust them though. Then attach Spec-D headlights back onto the frame, and test out to make sure all the light bulbs work (high, low, turning signals) before putting the bumper back on. Here comes the fun part, lol! to re-install the bumper, you'll have to grind off the little tabs that held the stock headlights in, or else it won't fit back on. Wasn't hard to do, just make sure it's feeling smooth. Then you'll be able to fit the bumper back on (2 people for this part was helpful) and it will sit on by itself. Install the nuts, bolts, and then clips and you'll be ready to show off your new lights to your friends! :) I hope this was helpful to someone reading this! ... show more

  • Great Lights, Nice and Bright Strip.
installed perfectly. No additional setup besides removing and installing new headlight housings. Fairly simple if you’re mechanically handy (30 min). I installed in my 06-10 charger RT and it looks GREAT! For the price, I really enjoy them, and would buy from this brand again.

  • Not as hard to install as people make it seem look great on my 2010 dodge charger
The media could not be loaded. Love them pretty easy to install look great love the blinker sync my only issue is that my lights are in the trees and not on the road I need help on how to adjust them

  • Classy
Worst thing to install by yourself, but these lights completely changed the look of my Charger.

  • Perfect fit and brings new life to my 06 RT
Loves these headlights, they do indeed fit the 06 charger with no modifications needed. Someone else mentioned you need to grind off the tabs on the bumper near the outer marker lights in order for the bumper to go back on. The trick is to unbolt the 4 nuts that hold the headlight to the mounting bracket. Install the mounting brackets, put the bumper back on then bolt the headlights back onto the mounting brackets. I wired the lights up before bolting them in so I had plenty of room. The 9006 and 9005 connections are positive polarity so test the lights before putting it all back in, if they don't come on, rotate 180° and plug them in again. I have LED headlights and they lined up properly. If you back off the 3 Phillips screws first, the bulbs will lock in easier just be sure to screw them back in to hold the lights in place. Will try to upload pictures tomorrow, was dark out when I was done. ... show more
