There is firm double-panel midsection compression, which I was worried about based on other reviews, so I think that finding the right size is important for that. I really loved this one-piece Spanx. Unfortunately, the cup size was too big for my size B cup. I really wanted to keep it because it gave me a nice smooth look and the plunging neckline is perfect. I am a 40B-34-46, I had to get a larger size for my hips and therefore the cup size was just too big on the sides. I bought the Shape ware to wear with a cowl neck dress that had a plunging back. I did size up as the previous reviews suggested. I am 5’6 130 pounds and I bought a size large. I wore the Shape ware for about nine hours. It was very comfortable. It made my dress shape look very smooth and sexy. If I had to suggest anything to this brand to change in this product, it would be the bra cups. I would suggest that they put a bra pad with a lift to keep the breasts from falling and going sideways. If I was wearing a plunging neckline, this would have been a bigger issue because my breast sagged and went to the middle. However, you couldn’t tell because of the style neck dress I was wearing. I wear a C size bra, so not too large. I also hope they develop different bra cup necklines with a plunging back not just a plunging front. It was great to have the flap to be able to go to the bathroom. You had to hold your dress up with one hand while you pulled the flap to the side with the other hand, having tissue ready to pat dry so you did not drip on the shape suit. ... show more

This worked perfectly for my wedding dress which has a V-cut front and low cut back with a see through lining you can't even tell where it begins and ends versus where my skin begins and ends. I never give reviews, especially negative reviews. However, for something so expensive, this was HIGHLY disappointing. I bought this to wear for my wedding. There is ZERO tummy control or sculpting anywhere. It says that there is medium support, but it should not classify as shape wear, rather just an undergarment. My wedding dress is a low-back and somewhat open. I could see the “shape wear” poking out on the sides. Also, I could see the seams though my dress. The material is soft, I will give it that; but besides that I have NOTHING good to say about this product. I wish I could give it a zero star. ... show more
