  • Can't help be turn out beautifully.
When coloring these pictures, the art is so finely created that coloring is easy. There are no "not quite sure" sections or parts to any of the illustrations. The activity fits in nicely with Native American studies. Recommend the crayola multicultural crayons and/or markers and/or color pencils to get a set of colors that best matches the true-to-life cover example. ... show more

  • Indian History
I new at this coloring but it is a lot of fun, the book of designs are beautiful. The price is very reasonable. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to relax.

  • Fun and challenging
Lots of good drawings, some fairly simple and some much more detailed.

  • I really like the patterns
I really like the patterns, but they are printed on both sides of the page. So I can't use Sharpies at all and even find that gel pens tend toshow through the thin pages--but they don't bleed through. I would not get it again. I am usually careful to make sure the designs are printed on only one side of the sheets. Let this one slip through ... show more

  • Great body of knowledge and History! Learn it! Appreciate It! Yay Native Americans!
Great product-history I love to learn and embellish! Sent first book to Dtr-in-law-she’s Native Amer. I have duplicate in my cart now for me! Thanks for author’s research and care. Next time appreciate if dont put picture on back of each artwork as I prefer markers w some pencils.

beautiful coloring book. I love the different designs offered. The only problem with it is that the pics are printed on both sides so you can't use markers at all.

  • I always loved coloring as a child
I always loved coloring as a child. How exciting to be able to do that as an adult. There were many choices, but since I love Native American things, this was perfect. The designs are interesting, and very enjoyable to color.

The is my very favorite of the wonderful Dover books I collected to use as patterns for knitting. I live in the Southwest, and the community I live in was originally home to the Chumash Indians, and the name of the town (Carpinteria) is Chumash for carpenter.
