Plenty of length and just a little too baggy for my taste being a skinny kid, however can be easily mitigated by rolling the waist up without compromising the proper length. I’d recommend medium for anyone up to about 6’1, up to about 170-180 pounds. If you’re below 5’9 I’d recommend a small, unless you need the bagginess from a medium.
