Left out major step in making sourdough starter- before feeding always remove and discard 1/2 of the starter. Without this important note, jar will overflow on day 3.

I simply wrapped it up again today. Purchased the book to have the option to underline and feature and have it for a fast reference. Extraordinary bits of knowledge and have helped instruct me to loosen up a great deal. Strongly suggest the read.
