Size was perfect. Box was very nice looking. Just a couple of issues - after I ordered it, there was a short delay on the delivery. Some type of problem with customs. Not sure why. Did finally arrive in enough time. The shipping container was a bit beat up so there was a little damage to the box that I was able to repair with glue. No time to ask for an exchange. Overall pleased. Just wished that they packed a box within a box to prevent damaging it.

Size is perfect to fit a loved ones remains. The wood has no visible flaws or issues. Easy to open and secure shut, the wood material is a great quality. I don’t think I kept the bag it came in, so I do not remember much about it but, since the wood had no nicks or scratches, I’d say the bag did it’s job. This is a great option for those who lost a loved one and want something simple and elegant to house their remains. Also has ample space for a personalized plaque with your loved ones name if that is something you’d like to do- I bought a personalized placard for a great price on Etsy and attached it myself as it has adhesive on the back. Much more financially feasible than getting the urn & plaque with the funeral home. Anyone looking for this item- I’m sorry for your loss, but be assured that this item will give your loved one an elegant and beautiful place to rest.
