Fast delivery, packaging is well enough. It's okay. Not great, but matches the product description and it's made well enough. Absolutely love the wood handle and leaver strap, but the hairs in the brush are too long, messy and each has a diffenet length (maybe by design and not to make it cheaper). I'm using it every day. This brush makes a good first impression, by appearance and by touch giving the sense of a luxury object. Sadly, when I started using it, my regard for it decreased. There are two major flaws to this brush, in my opinion. First, it is too big to be convenient for cleaning my coffee grinder, which is the purpose for which I bought it. Second, it has a marked tendency to lose bristles: it seems that every time I use it, it leaves a bristle behind, and it continues to do so even after I've used it daily for a couple of weeks, after which time any especially loose bristles could be expected to be gone. I'll continue using this brush for some time longer. When it comes time to replace it, however, I'll be looking for something where the brush head is smaller and the bristles more "focused," which is the sort of brush more suited to cleaning the corners and crevices of my coffee grinder.

I am in love with the coffee experience. This is nothing new; for over 35 years I start my early morning by carefully measuring the beans of two different blends and grinding to my tested consistency and brushing the result into my coffee press. I never tire of the process. I was using a shorter brush until it was carefully selected and pulled out from the cup holding several undisturbed coffee accessories by my year old border collie pup and gleefully trotted off with his new prize. Was I disturbed, angry or frustrated? Nope, not at all. First I really prefer longer bristles because they do a better job of cleaning the grounds from the grinder and second, if you've ever experienced a one year old border collie you understand the damage could have been much worse. When this brush arrived I was pleasantly surprised because it was exactly what I was looking for. The overall brush was the perfect length and the bristles were tight for durability. If somehow this one gets covertly captured I will reorder the exact same product. Understand, i'm desperately trying to act smarter than the average border collie so I did place the accessory cup on a higher shelf!

Updated as of 4/6/2023. The customer service from Soul Hand contacted me and sent a replacement immediately. The replacement brush is much better quality and well made. I assume I received a defective items or returned item somehow. I am quite satisfy the quality of replacement brush. No hair is shedding from the handle. Thanks for the immediate support from Soul Hand. I revised my review to make it fair.

This brush feels great. The wood handle is strong and comfortable to hold while the bristle brush is soft to the touch but tough so it won't break apart with use. I use this to clean out the grinder on my espresso machine. It gets most of the bean remnants out. What little bits it doesn't I don't think any other brush would have much better luck with.

Initial impression of the brush is that it's well made. However, after several months of usage I've found that the long, too-flexible bristles are not well-suited to daily cleaning of a coffee grinder. The brush just doesn't get into the nooks and it gives way too easily. Further, the bristles drop out a few at a time until the bundle gets loose enough for them to fall out in clumps. No good for my needs--goin' in the dumper.
