I bought these boots on a recommendation from my niece who attends university in Alaska and wears them all winter. I'm visiting her for Thanksgiving and asked for a boot recommendation. These boots are very comfortable and warm (I was breaking them in during June and even in my air conditioned home and wearing shorts, my feet got very toasty). Reading other reviews and talking to my niece I saw that a lot of recommendations to order a half or full size larger than normal. I wear a 9 and ordered both a 9.5 and a 10. The 9.5 fit well, the 10 was a little large. My feet are narrow so I recommend if you have narrow feet order a half size up and if your feet are normal or wide, order a full size up.

I received these boots very quickly, much sooner than estimated. The boots are good quality, well made, and light weight. They are suede and felt. I bought them for daily use…running errands, dog walking, shopping, some snow shoveling… They are so comfortable! I really didn’t even have to break them in! They fit as expected. My feet are wide, so I ordered a half-size larger. Normally I’d wear wide 7-7.5. I ordered size 8. I’m able to wear a medium weight winter sock in them comfortably. They're easy to put on, as the laces make it easy to loosen the ankle/instep area. I have noticed that any snow that melts on the fabric at the top of the foot beads up and does not soak in. I would definitely order these again!

Love the style, fit and is super comfy and warm. However, they are not great for ice. I guess the sole style isn’t great for traction, because I have a different pair of Sorel boots and they are great for ice, but the soles are different. They truly are waterproof and don’t stain, even though they are suede material. Pretty fantastic!! I will keep them for the cold days without ice and snow.

I actually wear 8 1/2 but have wide feet so I do size up if they don't offer wide. Usually with boots and snow type shoes I don't have a problem 1/2 a size up. But these are a bit tight for me even with super thin socks

So happy with this purchase and received just in time for sub zero temps and snow in the Chicago area. Wore outside running errands all day and super comfortable and warm- not to mention they look very stylish! As reviews mention they do run a bit small- I’m normally a 9 and sized up to 9 1/2 and they fit perfect with a little extra room for thicker socks. Highly recommend!

Super cute and fabric is nice. They feel comfortable, except that they run quite small compared to my other sorel boots. This is my fourth pair of sorels and I usually wear a 9. I ordered these in a 9.5 and they are snug lengthwise and slightly narrow. I don’t have a wide foot. I would exchange for a 10, but I’m not paying $100 more for them than I did for these initailly. Amazon needs to get rid of their ridiculous price increases. $100 increase in two days. Wtf! To add to this review, I ended up buying a 10 in a different color from Dicks for price I initially paid on Amazon before they raised the price by $100. They are still narrow for Sorel. This was not a common issue with Sorel shoes until recent years. That being said, they do stretch slightly. If you have bunions, these would be very uncomfortable; the same for wider feet. I have an average width foot and had my bunion removed five years ago. They are comfortable like a tennis shoe, but don’t have any arch support. I added an insert. They are shockingly warm. With mid weight socks in 10 degree weather my feet were actually hot just standing outside talking to a neighbor. They’re waterproof and keep my feet dry, although I’ve never submerged my foot. But they do shallow puddles well. The laces need to be double knotted or they’ll come undone. Otherwise buy different laces:). Essentially a nice boot worth having in your arsenal. I don’t think I’d do these in heavy snow, but they’re good for walks. Also, you’ll need yak tracks for ice. These do not have a good enough tread for slippery surfaces.

I have wide feet and a large toes and it is hard for me to find shoes with a comfortable toe box the do not aggravate a big toe of mine that can become ingrown if I am not careful how I care for it. The boots are very light warm comfortable and some how breathable too-- I live in CA and it has been raining quite a bit lately I love to walk and hike and these boots have kept my feet stay toasty warm and dry without causing them to sweat or get stinky. I ordered the 10 -comfie with or without thick ish socks. loved them so much i ordered them in the jet/vapor color combo too so that i have a pair for mud / hiking and a pair for city walking. oh also - i sprayed mine with a light coat of scotch guard i do that with all of my coats shoes and gear-- helps with the water repellency and with making it easier to clean off dirt.

I have this brand of boot in another style. Without reading the reviews I ordered the same size - my mistake they were too small. I then ordered a half-size bigger thinking it would fit - nope. I then read the reviews, took a chance and ordered a full size bigger. Now they fit. They are warm, waterproof and perfect for my walks to the train station in snow and rain (1 mile) and then to the office (1/2 mile). I arrive at the office with dry, warm, feet. I have worn them for shoveling snow and same result.
