I bought this dresser in the greige color for my 10-year-old daughter’s room. I was really hesitant to go with a dresser with fabric drawers, but I’m pleasantly surprised by how sturdy everything feels once assembled. The frame and top are solid, and the drawers slide in and out easily. Assembly was refreshingly simple -- despite the instructions not being super detailed, it was easy to figure out for a 40-something mom with only basic DIY skills. I put the whole thing together by myself in about an hour without any issues. The color matched her “Rolanstar” bed frame (light grey wood and metal with LEDs) really well, which I was hoping for. The size is perfect for kids’ clothes and small toys, and it doesn’t take up too much space. I’ve added several photos so you can see the drawers and frame up close. If anything changes with use, I’ll update this review. So far, I think this was a great value for the price!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Purchased this for my toddler and infant. Love the color and that it didn’t feel bulky. I don’t see it lasting forever because the drawers are soft but it gets the job done. I do wish it was a little more affordable.

This has been a great product. After a little over a year & a half, the fabric on the drawers has started to peel/disintegrate from touch. It's mainly on the sides and the fronts around the handles. Is there any way to get new drawers?

WOW!!! This dresser is fantastic. It was easy to put together and looks really pretty in my bedrooms. They are really sturdy and love having the extra drawer space. I have purchased 2 of these. I would recommend these to anyone.

This is the second dresser that I've gotten from Sorbus and I absolutely love it. It's the same top quality as the 12 drawer unit that I got for my son's room a few months ago and that one is holding up and performing perfectly. I got this 8 drawer unit to use in my closet for extra storage. According to my husband, I've got way too many clothes, but I think it's a perfect amount, especially now that I've got more storage. 🤣🤣 It's a lightweight dresser that's easy to move around, but it's also solid and durable. The frame is a black color with a shiny finish. It's made with a high quality steel, which gives it a good weight to make it stable, so it won't tip over. BUT, in case you're worried about it tipping over, it comes with mounting screws to secure it to the wall. There are also adjustable feet on it, in case your floor isn't 100% flat. The drawers are covered in a thicker black non-woven fabric that feels like it's going to be very durable. The bottoms of the drawers are a thicker cardboard insert that give the drawers great stability. The drawers are much larger than I anticipated. It's amazing how much you can get in them. I like the black color and how it gives it a very stylish look. The top of the unit is a black piece of MDF wood with a shiny finish. The drawer knobs are also wood with a shiny black finish. I like that the knobs are wood instead of plastic. It adds to the overall high end look. It comes with all of the hardware needed to put it together, as well as the tools needed. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. One impressive thing about the unit is how well packaged it was. When I've purchased other brands there seems to always be something that gets damaged in shipping, but not with this brand. The drawers were all sealed in plastic, as well as every piece of metal being packaged individually. The top wood board had corner protectors and the handles came in a package sealed so none of them were touching. Overall this is a very beautiful unit that looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. You'll be surprised with the quality. It's a 5+ star high quality dresser.
