I recently switched to obsessively buying makeup (from clothes or cups or jewelry, etc) and needed something to organize my new makeup and skin collection since it was all starting to pile up. When I look at it, it makes me happy. I'm glad I purchased this. There's about 9-10 "compartment" areas so for about $4 a 'drawer' or section, I think it's a fair deal. It's what I expected. The velvet felt didn't lay flat on some of them, probably from shipping but it does speak to the value and quality of the black velvet shelf liners, pretty cheap. You almost don't need the liners, but if they get dirty from makeup dust you can just toss them anyway. I think the liners add a nice touch when I spot it out of the corner of my eye. I had to tape the corners down otherwise they would be totally not flat. Besides that, pretty good buy.

I received a lot of jewelry this past Christmas and had nowhere to store it. My armoire, jewelry box, and a pink sorbus container just like this one were already filled with jewelry. I bought this for my 43rd birthday in January. This container worked great to put all the pearl necklaces, pearl earrings, pearl bracelets, and other jewelry given to me by my Mom. Having had two other sorbus containers in this same format for 3-4 years, I highly recommend these because they have stored my jewelry and makeup quite well over the years. I definitely will repurchase this item if I need another one.

I have two of these on my table with my makeup mirror in the middle and its the perfect way to keep my makeup clean and organized. This is my second set as I upgraded from Pink to Black and Gold. I would not recommend putting it in the dishwasher as I melted one drawer., lol This is beautiful and functional and I love it.

I was using two smaller plastic drawers to store my make up before purchasing this. I choose this one because it was more aesthetic than my previous storage solution and I liked that this one had both drawers and the topper. I thought the top would be removable so it fits a bit tight under my sink, but if it was removable it would probably be less secure. I like that it came with liners, but I wish they either came pre-attached or included some kind of adhesive to securely attach to the drawer. The drawers are a pretty good size, but I wish they slid a bit easier. The sections in the topper are too small for a lot of make up products I own. My foundation wouldn't fit on the left side as I had envisioned in my mind. Overall, I think it's a pretty decent product, but I would say you get what you pay for. I'm not too mad though since it does the job and it sits under my sink in my bathroom so not really on display.

This is a fantastic organizer. It's all built and comes with little velvety inserts that keep your stuff from sliding around once they're safely in their little drawers. It looks so much better than the hot mess basket I used to use. I'm very happy with it.
