it's been almost 2 years now, and I I'm still happy with these benches. They've been outside uncovered this entire time, and the red color has BARELY faded. All the bolts are even still tight. My one and only complaint is the legs tend to sink in when placed in the grass. (I expected the curve of the leg to be more of a deterrent) Well worth the money! My Original Review: This bench came 2 weeks later than originally promised, and with a crushed corner that I didn't see it until it was half assembled. Given the timing, and the 4 week delivery time, I decided not to return it. Instead, I used some pliers to get it bent back in the proper shape. (Close enough anyway) Other than that, these benches are SOLID! Assembly was easy, though you'll want 2 people due to the size & weight of the parts. The end table is strong enough to use as a tertiary seat. I would deff purchase again, but I'd inspect the box better when it arrives. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. It did have a part the was broken, but the seller sent out a replacement very fast. Will definitely buy from them again.

    • poor quality control. Super service from vendor.

Received first chair, which is beautiful despite some coating flaws, but one of the bars (slats) had the bolt holes off by 1/8" on both sides (total shift is 1/4") and was unable to be attached to the assembly - no matter what was tried short of drilling new holes. Vendor contacted and responded within 24 hours. Within another 24 hours vendor ordered a send out of another kit, a entire chair. Arrived and we immediately used one of the bars on the previously assembled chair. When trying to assemble the replacement chair again there was an issue where 8 of the 10 bars could be attached - various combinations. BUT no matter what we would do the remaining two could not be attached due to a twist in the support structure (the two sides of the chair and the joining crossbar under the seat. All in all: great service. Really nice product - simple, wonderful color, structurally sound when completed. Really lousy quality control of this kit produced in China. Assembly is a breeze until the snags are revealed and then this becomes completely impossible. Were assembly possible immediately the product would deserve a 5 and all the ratings (assembly, sturdiness, comfort) would merit 5's. BUT.... ... show more

I bought two of these chairs. The first one needed new holes drilled for the top back slat. The second one have several slats that had misalighted holes and, even with my son's help, we couldn't get it put together. I reported this issue to the manufacturer with pictures and they immediately sent me a new chair; without requiring return of the defective chair. The replacement chair was easier to assemble, but still a bit difficult. The chairs are nice...once they are assembled. I do want to congratulate the company on their customer service. They worked with me until I was satified and I am quite impressed. ... show more

The bench arrived very fast and was easy to assemble until... one of the screws didn't want to go in, the piece inside the bar where it had to lock was in bad shape. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they answered fast. They solved my problem by sending a new bench in. I like my bench very much, it is not too robust and not too comfortable without a seat cushion but it is the perfect place to have some rest in the shade in my yard. I use the little table for a cup of iced tea or lemonade. I love my breathing nook!!!! ... show more

I ordered the bench to match the chair and I love them both. Assembly is not bad. It comes with the wrench tool needed and the best tip I can offer is don't tighten any of the bolts first. Get them all started-just one or two turns, then after they are all in, start tightening them up. The bench is very comfortable. We have some heavy weight people and it is solid and sturdy. It's been out on my deck for a few weeks now and it looks great. ... show more
