This was a Christmas gift for our 10yo son. It works great, is durable, and the battery is long lasting. Even in cold weather he’s able to drive it for nearly an hour on one charge. He hasn’t yet ridden it from full charge to empty so I don’t know the duration, but at least an hour! He enjoys going in drift mode, but we noticed on some surfaces (e.g., rough driveway) the wheels appear to get worn quickly when in drift mode. It’s easy for him to drive and navigate. It's pretty quick for a toy. I ride in it (5'7 and 175#) too. Not super comfy for me but fun. It slides and does a180 with very little effort. It's really helping build my boys confidence in himself.

My daughter rode it once and it stopped working. Radio and noises still work but forward/reverse stopped working. Tried plugging it in to recharge and even unplugging main power and still nothing. Have contacted the seller but no response. Says for me to return but the item is really big and heavy so not so easy to do so. Threw the box away because daughter did not ride it till a week later after it was put together. So not sure how Im suppose to return something that big with a huge box. ... show more

I recently purchased this product and only started assembly yesterday and while most of the assembly process was somewhat easy it's when it came time to attach the plastic decorative frame components that I ran into a problem..namely that the screws provided are nowhere near long enough to go through the plastic components and into the steel frame holes,especially the side panels which other than serving as decoration wouldn't protect the user anyway since the inside portion is open and exposed the rider to the tubular steel support frame anyway. The screws provided are less than two inch long wood screws(all the same length) so there's no way that they'll fit correctly so you're better off just leaving that cheap plastic stuff off as it doesn't effect the performance of the kart. ... show more
