This product is good quality and heavy duty. Unfortunately, it shipped with only two of the three wheels which makes it unusable as a rolling stand. If it had arrived with everything it’s supposed to include, I would give it a five star review.

    • BROKE after using it a couple times, Not worth the money at all
I never write reviews on anything but I feel like I have to for this one. I purchased this stand for my studio, we used it twice and one of the tightening bolts broke. I was able to still make it work but I had to use a wrench every time I wanted to tighten it. We used it a few more time and then another bolt broke! Unfortunately the wrench trick didn't work for this one. I wouldn't recommend this stand at all. Buy something else. ... show more

This stand is everything I hoped for, solid as a rock, heavy enough to work without weights if needed, and enough extension to reach the moon. Warning though, it is a beast and heavy to move, especially when loaded. Also, the commenter above who complained about the wrenches not fitting, looks like they fixed that, mine were exactly right. Only possible ding is that there are no, zero, none, instructions of any kind. Had to look at pictures to figure out which way the wheels went on. But once on, this thing is great. ... show more

We've tried contacting the seller, but can't find any information to contact them. We were on the phone with Amazon support for almost 30 minutes, and got disconnected. We literally used this stand one time prior, and on the second session we used this for, it broke clean off. We didn't do anything to it. Hardly used it before, and never once dropped it. We were actually using this during a water session, holding it over the water in a boat. This could've literally broken off and hit our client, ourselves, fallen in the water, and damaged everything. It did mess our light up and damage the receiver, as shown above. We're disappointed we bought this, only used it twice, and it broke. It's not able to be used how it should be, so it is kind of a waster of money. It's more annoying there's no way to get a hold of the seller to see if there could be a resolution. Disappointing for sure. We wish we could get a replacement or something to fix this problem. We don't recommend this product. ... show more
