I'm happy with this shoe storage bench. I got this promptly and saw that it was packed securely. I found there to be a lot of parts but it went together fine according to the instructions. I'd have preferred a little tighter construction (holes that fit tighter on the screws) since I am heavy. Bonus credit for including extra of each of the nuts and bolts. The completed bench seats my fat self and feels sturdy. Instructions say to not leave the rack outdoors in the weather. I was disappointed to see that my medium-size men's shoes did not fit more than 2 pairs on each of the 2 shelves. I'd have loved to put 3 pairs of shoes on each shelf but there is no room for that. Maybe 3 pairs of womens shoes per shelf would work.

I live in an apartment and have a small entry way, this fit perfectly for shoes and also doubles as a Bench for putting shoes on!! I know people in reviews said it was hard to assemble, honestly it wasn’t hard, you just have to pay extra attention to how you have your wood facing when you put it all together!! Highly recommend - pleasing to the eye and functional!

We have this by our front door for shoes, etc. I think it will work well, and look nice too. I am especially pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. Often on other 'put together' products, there is something out of alignment or a piece missing, tool that doesn't work, etc. This was VERY easy to put together and all the pieces worked together perfectly. Pleased with the quality and price. One thing about the color - it is a very dark brown, almost black color. I do like that this has the dark colored bolts, rather than silver/chrome colored ones. We are pleased.

Perfect size for my small apartment. I can fit easily 8 pairs if not more of shoes on the bottom. The top is prob not recommended for humans to sit or stand on, as I could see it possibly collapse, but only my cats will sit on it or I’ll put my purse on it.
