Assembly was easy and it fits into the space well. It supports everything I want to put on the shelves and I’ve been using it for months without any major issues. My only complaint is about the cover. It has little tassels/strings that are meant to secure the cover to the at the bottom and they all broke off within a few weeks one of them on the first day. It’s not a huge issue but it was definitely annoying. That issue aside it’s a good product and I’d recommend it to anybody looking for some extra storage space that’s not too costly. ... show more

It takes a couple of minutes to dope out the assembly routine but once you get the hang of it, these assemble easily, are well made, and keep the dust off of stored clothes. We used two of them in our walk-in closet. We live in an incredibly dusty area and have pets going in and out all the time, so dust on stored clothes is a problem. It wasn’t hard to build, came in with everything, plus looked great afterwards !!! Best thing you can get if you have a small closet in your room. I mean it took time to build it especially if it’s by yourself but trust me. It’s worth the buy !

I got this for my girlfriend for Christmas. When I opened the package to build it I thought to myself that it is going to be wobbly or cannot hold much. Well I was wrong. It took me about an hour to build, and I started SLOWLY loading clothes onto this wardrobe. Well, let me tell you just how strong this thing is! We use to share a closet in our bedroom, and I would always gripe at her for taking literally 90% of the closet. NOW!!!! I have the entire thing, she ended up taking a whole spare room for her closet, but this thing is holding the majority of what she has in the closet in our room. Good job with this one! Update: 9/4/2019 -- Thought I would help push someone towards this product over another brand of the same-type product. So, let me start with, I (my fiancé) still owns the one I originally reviewed. Still going strong, still holding a load of clothes that I wait to make it buckle every day. Rewind a bit, I had purchased a 2nd one of these that was made by another company (yes, I know, SHAME!). Maybe 6 months in, we were sitting in the living room and heard a loud thump. Of course when we opened the doors, there was a mess of clothes everywhere! Just as I thought, the frame buckled and a few of the plastic connectors split. But, to my surprise, it was the NEW one. Back to Amazon I went and I bought another one of these, but from SONGMICS again. It has been roughly 8-months since I purchased the new one, and yet, it and the original one I bought in 2017 are holding strong. Five stars from me on this product! ... show more

    • Instructions not easy to follow as none of the pieces are labeled on bags or pieces

This product is not easily assembled as the instructions are not written and only show pictures. Also none of the parts or bags they come in, have numbers or letters of identification. Other units like this have numbers or letters on the parts. The "shelves" are actually sheets of plastic that are not that study and are hard to insert the poles into. The cover does not go all the way to the floor or underneath the unit, so it is possible for mice and moths to get in if it is in the garage. The cover looks like it is fabric in the picture but is also made of some sort of plastic. There are cheap plastic ties to secure the cover to the bottom of the poles that are hard to tie. Not all that impressed. It is tall enough to hang long dresses or coats if needed. They do send a mallat with it. The poles do dent easily but appear to be adequate for heavier weights. Sorry, this unit does not send a mallet with it and the "shelves do not extend to the length of the area they are supposed to cover leaving clothes on them exposed to dust. ... show more
