The media could not be loaded. This was perfect for what I wanted it for. I have a small collection of plants that I wanted off the floor, but I didn’t want a tall bookcase because I know I’d fill every corner with more plants. I purchased two of them to get the design I wanted and it only took me about 20 minutes to put it all together, I didn’t even look at the instructions as it was very easy to build. The only problem I have is that the wiring for the shelf is pretty flimsy, there’s a bar in the middle to hold the weight but because of that I can’t center plans because of the weight distribution. I can work around it, but it might bother me if we have a strong earthquake and there’s dirt everywhere because a plant fell over (I’m in Southern California). Great shelf system, looks better than a bakers rack, but definitely not worth the price tag of $30 each for the material it is. ... show more

This shelf was perfect for what we wanted. We had a small indoor fountain and wanted to put it in our living room under the window (note drapes are 84”) We did not use the third shelf and are going to put a plant on the top shelf.     • Not sturdy and built poorly

This product was awful. We put it together and realized the bolts you screw the screws into are just pushed into the poles and not stuck at all so the shelves could easily be pulled apart. It was also extremely wobbly. I was disappointed because this product had amazing reviews on how sturdy it was and ours was the complete opposite. If this was $10 then MAYBE it would be okay but definitely not for $30. It's sad because the shelf was cute. ... show more

    • A Good-Enough "Server Rack" for my use

I needed a shelf on which I could put a switch, my modem, my router, and my NAS that didn't take up too much space. This shelf did the job, but once assembled the stability left a bit to be desired. It still wobbles a bit when adjusting its positioning unless moving it from the “handles” on the top of the shelf. The metal mesh shelves aren't taut enough to prevent the shelves from bowing a bit once everything is screwed in and the shelves are compressed a bit. As such, my router is a little lopsided. I set this little shelf up in my bathroom, and it looks so nice! It's the perfect size to hold extra toiletries. I put it together in under twenty minutes; it was very simple. It's sturdy and looks really nice because it's made out of metal rather than plastic. I recommend!

    • Off balance and with metal thorns

It’s a metal shelf. Yes; it fulfills the purpose for which I bought it (i.e. holding things). However—it looks very cheap, it’s naturally off balance, and it also injured me during assembly. When I discovered it was off balance, I had to unscrew two of the leg buffers at the bottom to give them a bit more height and level it out. Not a big deal; but it’s worth mentioning. THE BIG PROBLEM was that the manufacturing process for the shelf must be terrible. Because while I was assembling it, my thumb caught a metal burr sticking up from the mesh area, burrowing in deep enough to draw blood. It had either not been pressed down flat or it just decided that it wanted to stick up on its own. Regardless, the metal is too tough to be manipulated; so my shelf will forever have a metal thorn in the back waiting to poke a hole in someone else’s finger. It’s functional, not particularly stylish but fits just right in the space I needed shelving for in my bathroom. We have a vanity counter top with a open space underneath that is only 16 inches wide once you account for the toilet paper roll in front. Relatively easy to assemble - leg pieces needed to be pushed together firmly, didn’t slide together easily. Some paint dried above the shelf and creates a jagged edge in middle of middle shelf. I wish that wasn’t there, but I’m using that shelf now to hold a bin, so it should be ok (otherwise I’d be worried about snagging towels on it). Does the job. Tucked away so it not being super attractive isn’t a big deal. Just installed it so will see how it lasts and handles being in a bathroom. For the price, it’s a fine piece that fit dimensions I wish I had a hard time finding any options. ... show more
