I was very excited about this to use in my kitchen as a coffee bar, but after over 3+ hours of putting it together only to find out it was manufactured incorrectly just left me extremely frustrated with the thing. I followed the instructions exact (there are no words, just small pictures with the letters and numbers) and when it came time to finish and attach the top shelf and two metal crossing pieces on the back, I saw that the metal end did not have holes cut out to fit and screw the top shelf to attach. I thought it had been an error on my part, and had my husband look it it, and we even tried to switch the sides of the two end pieces, but that doesn’t work, as then the shelves don’t line up and can’t be attached correctly, so we knew it was a manufacturer error. The unit is still usable without the top shelf, but we paid more money for one with the shelf, as there were lower priced ones without it. Not to mention that when I spoke to customer service regarding a refund, they were extremely difficult. Works for now, but probably wouldn’t purchase from this company again. ... show more

I had a defect with my cart and though seller's initial response was lacking we were able to work out a solution. Overall very impressed with the responsiveness and the last communication was very thorough. I asked some tough questions and Quinn was willing to answer me in a very professional way. Please have confidence in the sellers ability to work through any issues you may encounter. Original review: Overall this is just ok. Like most products now the manufacturing is very base. Straightforward to assemble and just able to fit a normal sized microwave. After a week or so of use one of the wheel assemblies fell out of the leg. I will need to put it back in with jbweld for it to be used again. Update #2 - 07/29/2021 - The seller is willing to refund the purchase price with contingencies. Update #1 - 07/25/2021 - After being contacted by the seller and sending them a video showing the problem, here is the reply I received. Hi Rob, First take the wheel off and wrap the black plastic part with cloth, then stuff the plastic part into the pipe tightly, and last put the wheel back on. Be careful not to lock the wheel when moving the shelf, otherwise you will twist the pipe. Please let us know if it doesn't work. Thanks again for shopping with us! My kitchen is pretty small (galley style with little counter space) so I have been looking for a shelf/cart that would give me a space to store and use small appliances. This has worked out great! I have been able to put my toaster/convection oven, coffee maker, air fryer, and blender on it in a way that allows them to be used regularly. The lower shelves work well for storing extra baking pans and mixing bowls, as well as a larger rice cooker that isn't used as frequently. The only "negatives" are that the shelves can't be adjusted to different heights and it has feet instead of wheels but those aren't really an issue for me and what I wanted it for. The extra little shelf on the top is narrow but fits coffee and sugar nicely. It was pretty simple to assemble; very similar to Ikea type furniture. It was packaged well and came with foam between the pieces to keep them from getting scratched/broken during shipping. ... show more

I put this together by myself, under an hour. I'm an active 67 year old woman. I use it for a mini cooking station in the dining area in my one bedroom apartment. It holds my Elite toaster oven, my coffee maker and my Ninja blender, on top. My Instant pots are on the bottom and my bread machine is on the tallest shelf. For reference top has air fryer and cutting boards, second layer has a bread maker, a crock pot and a waffle maker. I am using these Baker Racks for Holiday decorations. I bought 3 of them, and have storage now for my darling Easter, Halloween and Christmas decorations. Love these!!! My husband put them together in a short amount of time, but had to switch one of the frame legs from the directions. They were opposite. After the first rack got put together, he figured out the other two really easily. Would definitely recommend. Very sturdy, very attractive, and they have saved me alot of storage space. I had issues with this item.
