I recently tried Solgar Omega-3 Softgels and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. As someone who values their health and wellness, I am always on the lookout for high-quality supplements and this one did not disappoint. I don't like buying cheap products that waste my money and have little results. These soft gels are a bit large, but they are not as bad as some people make them out to be. If you have trouble swallowing them, Solgar offers different strengths of the same capsule. I personally take one 950MG capsule per day and it's been working great for me. One of the things that stood out to me about Solgar Omega-3 Softgels is the quality of the ingredients. This particular formulation contains Solgar's highest concentration of the natural Omega 3 polyunsaturates EPA and DHA from cold-water fish. I appreciate that it supports cardiovascular, joint, and skin health, which are all areas that I want to improve. The fact that it is molecularly distilled to remove mercury is also a huge plus. The other thing that I appreciate about Solgar Omega-3 Softgels is that they are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives, and color. I like this fish oil and have confidence in the Solgar brand. Unfortunately Amazon sent a bottle that contained only 120 softgels, not 240. Was able to get a refund only with difficulty. First was told the item is not returnable. Then went in endless circles on the "customer service" section of the Amazon website. Finally spoke to a rep who spoke English with such a strong accent that I could understand almost nothing they said. Really Amazon, is this any way to treat your customers? Bottom line: Solgar good, Amazon bad. Bad enough I start to wonder if I really should be using Amazon as much as I do in future. ... show more
